Los piqueteros volverán a marchar contra el Gobierno: jugarán al fútbol e instalarán carpas en el centro porteño
La medida de fuerza comenzará a las 14. Reclamarán una “Navidad sin hambre”, máquinas y herramientas para las cooperativas. También protestarán por las bajas en el programa Potenciar Trabajo y por el bono otorgado por la Casa Rosada
Este jueves por la tarde, si Victoria Tolosa Paz observa desde las ventanas del piso 14 del ministerio de Desarrollo Social hacia la avenida 9 de Julio, verá escenas poco frecuentes, aunque no inéditas: los piqueteros teatralizarán un partido de fútbol y un acampe por tiempo indeterminado frente al histórico edificio que tiene la imagen deEvita.
La singular protesta comenzará a las 14 y podría extenderse hasta el viernes. Reclamarán por “una Navidad sin hambre”, protestarán por la falta de alimentos, herramientas y máquinas en los comedores y emprendimientos cooperativos y cuestionarán la baja en los planes sociales, como el Potenciar Trabajo, y el monto “bochornoso” que recibirán los beneficiarios de ese plan (alrededor de 1.300.000 personas): un bono de 13.500 pesos, en dos tramos.
Desde el Gobierno nacional intentaron evitar nuevas marchas y acampes en las calles porteñas y en el resto del país, pero las gestiones de la funcionaria que reemplazó a Juan Zabaleta fracasaron. El centro neurálgico de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires colapsará una vez más.
La policía de la Ciudad será criticada por no desalojar a los miles de piqueteros que reclaman por lo que, según entienden, son demandas justas sin solución desde hace meses. Las Fuerzas Federales tampoco intervendrán. Esto ocurre desde que Alberto Fernández llegó a la Casa Rosada hace tres años.
El jefe de Gobierno, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, ya fijo posición: es un reclamo al Poder Ejecutivo Nacional, pero afecta al normal desarrollo de las actividades en CABA en los alrededores del ministerio.
Aníbal Fernández, ministro de Seguridad de la Nación, también expreso su opinión con anterioridad a esta medida: la seguridad en territorio porteño es responsabilidad de su par, Marcelo D’ Alessandro. A su turno, el funcionario de Rodríguez Larreta propuso como solución quitarle los planes sociales a los que corten calles y avenidas. Una hipotética medida cuestionada desde Balcarce 50.
Silvia Saravia, Coordinadora Nacional Territorial de Libres del Sur le explicó a Infobae: “Los reclamos tienen que ver, en primer lugar, con que no llegan las herramientas a los espacios de trabajo. Tampoco están llegando los alimentos como el ministerio se había comprometido, y no tenemosninguna certezade que lleguen durante el fin de semana. Además, no han resuelto varías situaciones de suspensiones del Potenciar Trabajo que nosotros consideramos totalmente injustas”.

La dirigente social e integrante de la Unidad Piquetera adelantó: “Por la tarde haremos un partido de la Argentina contra el ajuste, y a la noche haremos un brindis mostrando lo que la ministra Tolosa Paz decidió que llegue a las mesas de miles de familias”. Así, hizo referencia a la ausencia de una canasta navideña y a los escasos bolsones de alimentos sin proteínas y cargados de carbohidratos.
“Las organizaciones oficialistas lamentablemente han terminado siendo cómplices del ajuste que está llevando adelante el Gobierno. Están intentando que le cierren las cuentas como se lo pide el Fondo Monetario Internacional. A los dirigentes de las organizaciones oficialistas, entre ellas el Evita, les decimos que dejen de dar declaraciones como si fuesen opositores. Y si creen que este Gobierno está llevando un rumbo que perjudica a quienes ellos representan, deberían renunciar a sus cargos”, agregó Saravia.
La militante hizo alusión a varios de los dirigentes sociales oficialistas que están de los dos lados del mostrador. Por ejemplo, Emilio Pérsico, uno de los líderes del Movimiento Evita y secretario de la Economía Social, que tiene bajo su área la administración el programa Potenciar Trabajo, y a Daniel Menéndez, el Coordinador Nacional de Barrios de Pie y Subsecretario de Políticas de Integración y Formación, entre otros.
“¡Argentina Campeón! Basta de Hambre y Desocupación”, es el lema con que la Unidad Piquetera difunden el acampe y partido de fútbol en que el equipo local se enfrenta al “hambre y al ajuste” del gobierno de Alberto Fernández, una parodia que ya tiene resultado, la selección blanca y celeste pierde por goleada contra -según Eduardo Belliboni, del Polo Obrero- “el ajuste implementado a pedido del FMI”.
“Este jueves la Unidad Piquetera acampará frente a Desarrollo Social contra la política de ajuste que lleva adelante el Gobierno y que ejecuta la ministra Victoria Tolosa Paz en el peor mes del año, en diciembre, en medio de la expectativa y ahora de los festejos por el mundial, esperando arteramente que pase desapercibido”, añadió.
Belliboni entiende que por esa razón la funcionaria ya dio “20.400 bajas de titulares del Potenciar Trabajo afectando a miles de compañeros y compañeras, algunas de ellas colocando solamente el mote de ‘instrucción ministerial’ para justificarlas, es decir en forma arbitraria”.
Según el comunicado difundido por la Unidad Piquetera: “El Gobierno sigue con su plan de bajas masivas, en una situación social crítica de desocupación sobre todo entre les jóvenes y las mujeres, y con salarios de miseria. El bono de 6.750 pesos en dos cuotas que anunciaron es una verdadera burla. Representa menos de lo que la ministra millonaria gasta solo en un pan dulce”.
La convocatoria al partido
Para Belliboni, “este ajuste, que se produce para garantizar los acuerdos de Massa con el FMI y el pago de la deuda, cuenta con el aval de Alberto Fernández y Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. Pero está yendo tan a fondo que hasta las organizaciones oficialistas, como la UTEP, han salido con duras declaraciones, aunque sin sacar los pies del plato. Levantan las medidas anunciadas, agachando la cabeza frente al avance del ajuste”.
Desde la dirección de la Unidad Piquetera, que volverá a las calles con fuerza, “los motivos sobran para luchar a días de las fiestas, y de ganar un campeonato del mundo” y reforzaron: “La Unidad Piquetera va a acampar este jueves contra las bajas, para que se garanticen los alimentos para los comedores populares, por herramientas de trabajo para los proyectos y por trabajo genuino”.
