El presidente Alberto Fernández advirtió que no se quiebra su voluntad de «luchar contra los que especulan, los que hacen las cosas más difíciles», y aseguró que «ni la obra pública ni la vivienda se van a paralizar» por ningún motivo, durante un acto en el que entregó el Crédito Casa Propia número 60.000.
El jefe de Estado recorrió proyectos habitacionales en distintos puntos del partido bonaerense de Avellaneda y encabezó un acto en el centro de esa localidad, junto al ministro de Desarrollo Territorial, Jorge Ferraresi, y al titular de la cartera de Obras Públicas, Gabriel Katopodis.
«Para los que están preocupados, ni la obra pública ni la vivienda se van a paralizar por nada. Vamos a seguir construyendo casas y vamos a seguir haciendo los caminos, las cloacas, las obras hídricas que hacen falta en la Argentina», señaló Fernández en su discurso.
«Son familias que van a dejar de alquilar o dejar de vivir con los padres, es tan gratificante que me llena el alma tanto como a ustedes»

En ese marco, el Presidente reiteró que «no hay momento más grato que el de ayudar a una familia a tener su techo», y afirmó que se trata de un «derecho humano que todos debieran tener».
«Son familias que van a dejar de alquilar o dejar de vivir con los padres, es tan gratificante que me llena el alma tanto como a ustedes», señaló.
El jefe de Estado recordó que, cuando era candidato a la presidencia, había anunciado la creación de un Ministerio de la Vivienda «para que haya una persona que piense en el techo de los argentinos», para que esa materia no quede en un segundo plano dentro de un Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
«Llevamos dadas 50 mil casas. 50 mil familias que no tenían casa, hoy tienen su casa. Las construimos en este tiempo o las terminamos de construir: Algunas eran obras de Cristina (Fernández de Kirchner), que vino (Mauricio) Macri y dejó de construirlas, y nosotros vimos a terminarlas de construir. Otras que estamos construyendo, como este edificio que es parte del Procrear«, dijo en referencia al emprendimiento que se levanta a 200 metros de la estación Avellaneda.
El lugar, denominado «Desarrollo Urbanístico Intendente Luis Raúl Sagol», comprende la edificación de 160 viviendas con una inversión de $1.678 millones de pesos.
Por otra parte, según se informó oficialmente, en los barrios de Isla Maciel y Villa Tranquila de Avellaneda se suman 581 viviendas en construcción, con una inversión de más de $3.065 millones.
A estas se suman las 48 casas correspondientes al Programa Reconstruir, que forman parte del Plan Hábitat Integral Isla Maciel.
«Son momentos muy difíciles en el mundo, momentos trágicos, donde muchos nos enfermamos, donde muchos perdimos familiares y seres queridos, donde se desata una guerra que trastoca toda la economía. Todo eso pasa, pero no hay que olvidar que no todo es lo mismo», señaló el mandatario y destacó la necesidad de un Estado que se ocupe de ayudar a la gente a tener una casa.
Fernández afirmó también que su anhelo «no es ser el mejor presidente de la Argentina, es ser el presidente del mejor país del mundo». Agregó que sabe que tiene que «luchar contra los especulan, contra los que hacen las cosas más difíciles», pero pidió centrarse en la Argentina «que se está moviendo día a día».
Allí fue cuando señaló que «más allá de lo que piensen algunos, donde hay una necesidad hay un derecho» y concluyó: «Nos lo enseñó Evita y vamos a cumplir con eso».
Previamente, Ferraresi destacó que la política habitacional del Gobierno Nacional va cumpliendo con los «sueños» de las familias, «pero la idea es tener un derecho donde todos los argentinos puedan acceder» a su casa.
El exintendente de Avellaneda comentó que siempre estuvo el mandato de «tener una casa para dejarle a tus hijos», pero propuso «dejarles un país» a las próximas generaciones.
«Dentro de 15 años, cuando tu hijo te pregunte como se hizo la casa, le vas a decir que se anotaron en la página del Ministerio, que estaba el presidente Alberto Fernández, el que más viviendas hizo en la historia, y les entregó un crédito que devolvieron con el esfuerzo del trabajo», le dijo al público presente.
Siguiendo con ese razonamiento, dijo que si en eso 15 años se pudo «construir un país», se les podrá decir a los chicos que se anoten «en la página del ministerio para poder construir la casa y, si no, la respuesta será ‘andá a cualquier banco y sacá un crédito UVA'».
