SAN VICENTE | Golpe al contrabando de cigarrillos
Gendarmería Nacional incautó casi 15 mil paquetes de cigarrillos de contrabando, en infracción a la ley 22.415, durante un procedimiento que se realizó en la localidad de San Vicente. Además, en el mismo operativo la fuerza secuestró un vehículo robado, obteniendo un evaluó total de $ 6.973.562,00.
Durante un operativo realizado sobre ruta provincial 212, efectivos del Escuadrón 49 “San Vicente” intentan detener la marcha de un vehículo marca Toyota, modelo Corolla, el cual embiste al móvil y al personal uniformado, dándose a la fuga.
Ante esta situación, los efectivos de Gendarmería Nacional, iniciaron un seguimiento controlado, derivando el mismo, en un camino secundario, entre la vegetación, observando que el conductor del rodado había huido del lugar, abandonando el vehículo en marcha.
Efectuada la inspección del vehículo por parte de personal de Criminalística y Estudios Forenses de Gendarmería Nacional y de la consulta de antecedentes en base de datos por la numeración de motor y chasis, arroja que el mismo posee un pedido de secuestro por robo.
Al realizar la requisa del vehículo en cuestión se observó una gran cantidad de cigarrillos de origen extranjero, contabilizando un total de 14.999 paquetes de cigarrillos de origen extranjero, sin el aval aduanero correspondiente.
