Un hombre de 44 años, falleció ayer miércoles en la Picada Santa Rosa de esta localidad, luego de recibir un disparo de escopeta efectuada por el dueño de una vivienda, un hombre de 65 años, quien supuestamente, quiso defenderse de robo. Por el hecho, hay tres detenidos y se secuestró un arma de fuego junto a un automóvil.
Según las primeras averiguaciones, cerca de las 18:45, el fallecido y su hijo de 23 años llegaron hasta esa vivienda con intenciones ilícitas. En ese momento, según el propietario, se adentró a su vivienda, tomó su arma y se defendió a los tiros, logrando acertar dos disparos contra el mayor, provocándole la muerte.
En cambio, el segundo sospechoso se dio a la fuga en dirección a un yerbal. Seguidamente, el dueño del hogar avisó a la policía quien inmediatamente se presentó.
Tras un rastrillaje por el lugar, detuvieron al señalado de 23 años y a otros dos jóvenes de 20 y 18, quienes se encontraban por la zona y podrían tener vinculación en el hecho. Además, incautaron un Volkswagen Suran.
Por otro lado, la Policía científica de la UR-VIII secuestró y peritó una escopeta calibre 12 con la que fue abatido el supuesto asaltante. El sitio fue preservado por la custodia policial para continuar con las tareas de la investigación.
Cabe mencionar, el Juzgado de Instrucción Nro. 3 de San Vicente ordenó la autopista del cuerpo, el cual presentaba dos heridas contusas perforantes, una en la región del pecho y otra en la frente. En tanto, el hombre que disparó se encuentra detenido en averiguación del hecho.
