Por otro lado, el médico policial examinó el cuerpo de la víctima y manifestó que presentaba múltiples fracturas y politraumatismos de cráneo, lo que desencadeno en su deceso.
El magistrado que intervine, ordenó la inmediata detención del conductor, la notificación de la causa “homicidio en accidente de tránsito” y el secuestro del vehículo para pericias más exhaustivas.
