Por orden judicial, Damián Edegar, el colono de 65 años acusado de disparar y matar a un hombre que ingresó a su propiedad en Picada Santa Rosa con intenciones delictivas, quedó en libertad este jueves a la noche, luego de permanecer dos semanas detenido. Sin embargo, quedó imputado por “homicidio agravado por el uso de arma de fuego de uso civil, en concurso real”.
Este viernes estaba prevista una manifestación en la plaza principal de San Vicente. La concentración se realizó-pese a la liberación de Edegar-y uno de los presentes fue Víctor Chamula, quien habló con Eduardo Pérez en TVA. “Estamos reunidos y vamos a ver qué medidas tomamos”, expresó el trabajador rural.
“La justicia lo liberó ayer a las 10 de la noche, la concentración igual se realizó, estaba prevista para las 10”, comentó Chamula.
“Tenemos que darle gracias a la justicia por la medida que ha tomado de liberarle al productor”, agregó. en una entrevista para Canal 8
“Los productores estamos unidos en defensa de toda esa ciudadanía, cuando sucede un hecho de inseguridad que se vio afectado este hombre, esta, es una muestra más de unidad”, manifestó.
