Finalmente la Justicia ordenó el desalojo del exconcejal puertista Daniel Amarilla.
Daniela y el ex concejal se habrían conocido por la actividad política, según indicó la damnificada en un primer momento“Yo le preste al señor mi casa, más o menos en 2016. Lo conocí a él trabajando por política, yo trabajaba para él”, comentó.
En aquella oportunidad agregó que eran amigos, y por ese motivo le prestó la casa, que “tenía desocupada en ese momento, porque tengo un hijo más grande que es asmático, entonces, yo tenía que estar cerca de la zona del hospital”.
A eso se sumó que el ex concejal y su pareja “no tenían en ese momento donde vivir”, entonces le prestó la casa. Pero ahora que su hijo está mejor y completó su tratamiento, Daniela necesitaba volver a su casa. Por ese motivo, se acercó hasta la vivienda para pedirle al ex edil que se la devuelva y se negó rotundamente.
Ahora, según se supo, por orden del Juzgado de Instrucción Nº2, a cargo del Magistrado Juan Manuel Montes, la Policía de Misiones se hizo presente en la vivienda ubicada en el barrio San Isidro de Posadas y desalojó al ex concejal Daniel Amarilla y a su esposa.
La damnificada expreso su alegría de poder volver nuevamente a su hogar. “Ahora tengo que esperar que saquen todas sus cosas para así poder ingresar con mis hijos y pertenencias. Gracias a Dios estoy súper contenta y emocionada. La Justicia me escucho a mí, tengo todo para que se compruebe de que es la verdad”.
El desalojo se procedió en presencia del Personal de Criminalística, Grupo de Intervención Rápida (GIR) y demás dependencias. Así también se solicitó una ambulancia en dicho domicilio para atender a la concubina de Daniel Amarilla, la cual se encontraba muy alterada.
“Hace dos años que esto esta judicializado pero recién se hizo público. Yo le había prestado la casa a ellos, vine tres veces de buena manera a pedirles que me devuelvan pero no querían. Yo me fui a la Justicia porque ellos me dieron un papelito de parte de su abogado, yo nunca había consultado anteriormente con un profesional”, continuó diciendo la damnificada.
Por último aclaró que “Quiero dejar asentado públicamente que si algo me pasa a mi o a mis hijos, los hago completamente responsables a ellos. La gente tiene que confiar en la Justicia, tarda un poco pero siempre sale todo a la luz”.
