Según trascendió el hombre intentaba enterrar el cuerpo en el patio de la vivienda cuando arribo la policía y tras intentar darse a la fuga fue detenido. El hombre tendría un frondoso prontuario delictivo.
La policía tomo conocimiento del hecho a las 10 de la mañana de este lunes, cuando recibió un llamado telefónico de un vecino que daba cuenta de lo sucedido, rápidamente se dirigieron al lugar donde constataron lo relatado.
Según las primeras averiguaciones, la pareja estaba junto a su hijo de un año, en la casa del detenido consumiendo alcohol, cuando en un momento dado el dueño de la casa intentó propasarse con la mujer y se originó una gresca.
Fue allí cuando el detenido tomó un cuchillo y apuñaló a la víctima en reiteradas ocasiones hasta quitarle la vida, posteriormente sometió sexualmente a la mujer, elevando la música para que no se escucharan los pedidos de auxilio.
Por la mañana, el dueño de casa arrastró el cuerpo sin vida de la víctima hacia la parte posterior de la casa, momento en que la mujer escuchó una moto llegar a la casa lindante, por lo que pidiendo auxilio se acercó a la medianera donde fue socorrida por los vecinos.
