La historia comienza hace seis meses, cuando una mujer de 36 años, conoció a Yoni alias “Escorpión” de 26 años. Dejó todo y se mudó con él a la localidad de El Soberbio, donde planeaban una vida juntos.
Los primeros tiempo estaba todo bien y todo era amor y cariño, pero luego el individuo fue volviéndose cada vez más violento y su vida se convirtió en un calvario.
Apenas cumplido dos meses de relación, los celos y el maltrato se fueron haciendo más frecuente en la pareja. El hombre la encerraba, no la dejaba salir, tener amigos en las redes o contacto con otras personas.
Hace dos semanas la mujer publicó una foto suya en la red social y recibió un comentario de un hombre, a lo que ella contestó con un “Muchas gracias”, y esto fue el desencadenante para aflorar la personalidad violenta de su pareja.
“Escorpión” agarró una pistola 9 milímetros, le sacó de la casa y la llevó a punta de pistola hasta la costanera de El Soberbio, donde amenazó con matarla. Luego de un tiempo la mujer logró calmarlo y volvieron a la casa que alquilaban en el barrio Chivilcoy.
Tratando de escapar de este peligroso violento, la mujer vuelve a la casa donde antes vivía, ubicada en el kilómetro 18 de la Ruta Provincial 13.
Pero Yoni la fue a buscarla, y de manera muy violenta. La mujer cuenta que en el lugar la amenazó con la pistola, diciendo que le iba a pegar un tiro. Inclusive efectuó varios disparos en la pared de la casa y obligó a la mujer a volver con a él a El Soberbio.
Finalmente la victima logró escapar y realizó una denuncia en la Comisaria de Mujer, donde contó lo que pasó y además agregó que no denunció antes, porque temía por su vida y la de su familia. El violento la amenazaba con matarla, a ella y sus cinco hijos menores de edad, hijos de la misma con su ex pareja.
