Máximo Kirchner deja la presidencia del bloque del Frente de Todos en rechazo al acuerdo con el FMI
El diputado nacional lo anunció a través de un comunicado. Seguirá dentro del bloque como legislador. En su carta expresó que desde el inicio estaba en contra de la negociación.
El diputado nacional, Máximo Kirchner, renunció este lunes a la presidencia del bloque del Frente de Todos en la Cámara baja. «Esta decisión nace de no compartir la estrategia utilizada y mucho menos los resultados obtenidos en la negociación con el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), llevada adelante exclusivamente por el gabinete económico y el grupo negociador que responde y cuenta con la absoluta confianza del Presidente de la Nación, a quien nunca dejé de decirle mi visión para no llegar a este resultado», expresó en un comunicado. Esta tarde se comunicó con el presidente Fernández para anunciarle los motivos de su salida.
La misiva del ahora extitular del bloque cuestiona las herramientas y los resultados logrados por el ministro de Economía, Martín Guzmán, y el representante argentino ante el FMI, Sergio Chodos, elegidos por el presidente Alberto Fernández para encabezar la renegociación del crédito de u$s44.500 millones que el gobierno de Mauricio Macri obtuvo en 2018, cuyo capital debía comenzar a abonarse a partir de este año.
Kirchner, crítico público de distintos aspectos de la gestión de su partido al frente del gobierno, mostró nuevamente su rechazo a la negociación, en esta oportunidad luego del anuncio de acuerdo que Fernández diera a conocer el viernes pasado. «He tomado la decisión de no continuar a cargo de la presidencia del Bloque de Diputados del Frente de Todos», expresó el diputado.
El comunicado del legislador del Frente de Todos y su salida de la presidencia del bloque en rechazo al acuerdo choca con las palabras del propio Kirchner, quien meses atrás, en declaraciones a El Destape, manifestó que cualquier tipo de acuerdo del Gobierno de Alberto Fernández con el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), «va a ser mejor que el que dejó Juntos por el Cambio», cuando Mauricio Macri fue presidente.
Este lunes, mediante una misiva, Kirchner manifestó que continuará dentro del bloque «para facilitar la tarea del Presidente y su entorno», descartando una posibilidad de ruptura. Sin embargo, señaló que «es mejor dar un paso al costado para que, de esa manera, él pueda elegir a alguien que crea en este programa del Fondo Monetario Internacional, no sólo en lo inmediato sino también mirando más allá del 10 de diciembre del 2023».
Respecto al acuerdo en sí, el diputado recordó que previo a la llegada de Mauricio Macri al gobierno, Argentina había logrado «desterrar de nuestro país» al FMI a partir de la cancelación de la deuda en 2005 durante el gobierno del expresidente Néstor Kirchner. Pero desde el momento que Macri anunció el regreso del organismo «sabíamos que este sería el problema más grande para nuestro país».
A propósito de las negociaciones que comenzaron durante este gobierno, con el fin de destrabar un acuerdo que permita posponer el pago del crédito, Kirchner dijo que no aspiraba «a una solución mágica, sólo a una solución racional» y apuntó que «para algunos, señalar y proponer corregir los errores y abusos del FMI que nunca perjudican al Organismo y su burocracia, es una irresponsabilidad. Para mí lo irracional e inhumano, es no hacerlo».
Por otro lado, criticó al propio organismo por no admitir los errores cometidos al haber «perdonando además, todos y cada uno de los incumplimientos del Gobierno de Macri y violando su propio Estatuto constitutivo» ya que, según dijo, «Macri tenía que ganar la elección». Esto demuestra que «lo importante no son las razones ya que sólo se trata de fuerza», manifestó en relación a que el FMI no hizo autocrítica y continuó exigiendo el pago de una deuda irracional. «Quizás su nombre debiera ser Fuerza Monetaria Internacional. Y como veo que siempre se interesan por los gastos, podrían ahorrar en economistas caros ya que para hacer lo que hacen sólo basta con gente que sepa apretar prometiendo el infierno si no se hace lo que ellos quieren», agregó.
Al mismo tiempo, le habló a quienes dudan de su nivel de pragmatismo, a quienes les recordó que «como Jefe de Bloque acompañé la sanción de la Ley que aprobó la reestructuración de la deuda privada en moneda extranjera, sin quita de capital pero con quita de intereses, realizada por el Gobierno en el año 2020, a pesar de estar en profundo desacuerdo con algunos de sus artículos. Comprendí el contexto y arreciaba la pandemia».
