Los bancarios acordaron paritaria del 60% y el salario inicial llegará a casi $200 mil en octubre 2022
Tras el paro nacional del último jueves 28 de abril en reclamo de una mejora salarial que supere la disparada de precios del primer trimestre del año, los trabajadores bancarios lograron hoy su objetivo. La Asociación Bancaria (AB), encabezada por Sergio Palazzo, acordó con las patronales una suba del 60% para la paritaria 2022 que llevará el sueldo inicial de un trabajador o trabajadora del sector a casi $200 mil.
Al explicar la protesta y el paro de la semana pasada, Palazzo aseguró que fue el resultado de la propuesta «inadmisible de pagarnos el 55% en siete cuotas». Y resaltó que a los bancos «les ha ido bastante bien» en este tiempo y que incrementaron los paquetes de los productos a sus clientes «entre un 60% y 189%» en el lapso de 12, 14 meses y «se lo han cobrado en dos o tres tramos».
Cabe mencionar que luego del citado acuerdo, la vicepresidenta de la Nación, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner felicitó a La Bancaria mediante un posteo en su cuenta de la red social Twitter.
«¿Cuál sería el objetivo de no reconocer un incremento de un piso de un 60% y que nosotros aceptemos que nos paguen en 5 o 7 tramos salariales cuando ellos tienen ingresos de otra manera y acaudaladamente«, se preguntó Palazzo la semana pasada en declaraciones a la radio AM 750.
Esta mañana, a seis días de aquellas declaraciones, el secretario general de la Bancaria publicó en Twitter los resultados de la negociación.
¿Cómo es la paritaria 2022 de los bancarios?
La actualización de la paritaria bancaria es del 60% en cuatro tramos. El primer tramo de 16,1% para el segmento enero-abril se cobrará retroactivo antes del 15 de mayo.
La segunda cuota es un aumento del 18% de mayo a junio. La tercera, del 17% de julio a septiembre. Y la cuarta, del 8,9% de octubre a diciembre.
La negociación incluyó el bono por el Día del Trabajador Bancario que el sector cobra todos los años y que en 2022 será de $170 mil.

También se reconoce un gasto de $160 por día en concepto de «conectividad», más de $31 mil por «guardería».
El sueldo inicial del trabajador bancario llegará de esta manera a $195 en octubre. Incluída la participación en las ganancias. Se agregan adicionales por diferentes ítems y el salario mínimo quedará cercano o pasará los $200 mil dentro de cinco meses.
Así quedó consensuada en el Ministerio de Trabajo que conduce Claudio Moroni la paritaria de uno de los sectores de los trabajadores privados, formales, con mejores salarios.
La revisión por inflación se pactó para los meses de octubre y noviembre, en línea con el resto de los acuerdos negociados en las últimas semanas que, en general, no superan los seis meses antes de fijar una revisión.
