Comienza la etapa digital del Censo 2022: cómo responderlo y qué se pregunta
Luego de dos años de demora, debido a la pandemia de coronavirus, el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Censos (INDEC) comienza este miércoles con el operativo de Censo 2022 de población, con el cual no solo se conocerá la cantidad de habitantes del país, sino que se podrán obtener datos sobre la condición de las familias. En esta primera fase iniciará la etapa digital del procedimiento.
Se trata de una opción que brinda el INDEC a los ciudadanos para completar la información requerida a través de dispositivos como computadoras, tablets o teléfonos celulares. El 18 de mayo, cuando los censistas pasen por los hogares, solo se le entrega el certificado impreso que indica que la persona completó el cuestionario.

«El Censo digital es una herramienta que permite completar el cuestionario censal en línea. La población podrá responder las preguntas del cuestionario censal desde cualquier dispositivo electrónico con acceso a internet (computadora, tableta o celular). Esta herramienta ahorrará tiempo a la población y a quienes censen», informó el INDEC en su página web. El organismo destacó que «es la primera vez que se utilizará esta metodología en la Argentina para responder el Censo Nacional de Población, Hogares y Viviendas».
El INDEC aclaró que «el resguardo de la información se garantizará mediante un estricto protocolo de seguridad informática que almacenará los datos recolectados en los servidores de la Empresa Argentina de Soluciones Satelitales Sociedad Anónima (ARSAT), bajo técnicas de anonimización, encriptación y gobernanza de los datos (Ley 17.622, Decreto 3.110/70 y Resolución INDEC 181/2020)».

Cómo se accede al Censo Digital 2022
- Ingresar a https://censo.gob.ar/
- Seleccionar el botón “Censo digital” ubicado en el margen superior derecho de la pantalla.
- Seguir las instrucciones para generar el código único de la vivienda.
- Acceder al cuestionario digital para responder las preguntas por todas las personas que integran el hogar.
- Guardar el comprobante del Censo digital (al completar el cuestionario se genera un código alfanumérico de seis dígitos).
- El Día del Censo, la persona censista acreditada que visite cada domicilio solo requerirá el código alfanumérico de seis dígitos que se generará al finalizar el Censo digital y el total de la población censada en línea, por sexo.
IMPORTANTE: el Censo Digital no exime que debamos estar en nuestras casas el día del Censo Presencial.

Censo 2022: lo que tenés que saber
El 18 de mayo, feriado nacional (Decreto 42/2022), los y las censistas visitarán todas las viviendas del país entre las 8 y las 18 hs para solicitar el comprobante del Censo digital o realizar la entrevista tradicional a quienes no hayan completado el cuestionario en línea.
Además de las modalidades digital y presencial se desarrollarán relevamientos especiales:
- Viviendas colectivas: se hará un relevamiento digital durante los diez días previos al Día del Censo en lugares como cárceles, geriátricos y hospitales, entre otros.
- Personas en situación de calle: se censará a las personas que viven en la calle durante la noche previa al Día del Censo.
- Áreas rurales: se desarrollará un operativo presencial que se extenderá durante los diez días previos al censo.
El Censo se realizará por primera vez bajo la definición de censo de derecho, por la cual las personas serán contabilizadas según su lugar de residencia habitual, es decir, en el que pasan la mayor parte del tiempo durante la semana. (Hasta ahora, el censo contabilizaba a las personas en el lugar en el que habían pasado la noche anterior).

Cómo será el cuestionario del Censo 2022
A diferencia del Censo 2010, habrá un cuestionario único destinado a toda la población, el mismo tendrá hasta 61 preguntas.
Los cambios que se introducen son:
- Sexo e identidad de género: se preguntará a todas las personas el sexo registrado al nacer (incluyendo la categoría “X”) y cómo se autoperciben.
- Autorreconocimiento indígena u originario: se preguntará a todas las personas si se reconocen indígenas o descendientes de pueblos indígenas u originarios, aclarando el pueblo y, además, si hablan o entienden la lengua de ese pueblo declarado.
- Autorreconocimiento afrodescendiente o de antepasados negros o africanos: todas las personas responderán si se reconocen afrodescendientes o de antepasados negros o africanos.
- Dificultades / discapacidad: se relevará si en los hogares hay personas con dificultades para caminar o subir escaleras; recordar o concentrarse; comunicarse, entender o ser entendidas por otras personas; oír, aun con el uso de audífonos; ver, aun con anteojos; y comer, bañarse o vestirse solas.

- Primeros resultados provisorios: horas después Día del censo y será el total de las viviendas y de población por sexo censadas.
- Resultados básicos preliminares: 30 días después del censo.
- Resultados básicos: 8 meses después del Día del Censo.
- Resultados ampliados definitivos: 13 meses después del operativo.
