Atentado a Cristina Kirchner: vuelve a declarar Carrizo, líder de la Banda de los Copitos
Nicolás Carrizo, uno de los líderes de la Banda de los Copitos, se presentará ante la jueza María Eugenia Capuchetti para ampliar su indagatoria, pospuesta dos veces. Los investigadores hallaron mensajes en su celular que apuntan a la figura de partícipe necesario en el ataque a la Vicepresidenta.
La causa que investiga el atentado a Cristina Fernández de Kirchner tendrá un nuevo capítulo, cuando Nicolás Carrizo, uno de los líderes de la Banda de los Copitos, se presente ante la Justicia este martes para ampliar su declaración indagatoria.
Así lo confirmó la Justicia federal, que ampliará así la indagatoria de Nicolás Gabriel Carrizo, detenido y procesado como partícipe secundario en el intento de homicidio de Cristina.

La citación de Carrizo ante la jueza María Eugenia Capuchetti será por las pericias de su celular, donde se comprobaron indicios mediante una serie de mensajes que pudo haber tenido otro rol en el ataque.
«Va a declarar, quiere aclarar toda la situación», anunció su abogado, Gastón Marano, sobre la audiencia de este martes a las 8. A fines del año pasado la Cámara Federal le ordenó a Capuchetti que vuelva a convocar a Carrizo a indagatoria, para informarle sobre el hallazgo de nuevos chats de WhatsApp en su teléfono.
Esos chats parecen incriminatorios sobre la presunta participación de Carrizo en el intento de magnicidio, pero el imputado argumenta que se trataron de «bromas» a amigos y conocidos, con quienes se vanagloriaba de conductas en las que no participó.
«Nos encontramos aquí frente a elementos de prueba novedosos, que fueron incorporados -como tales- con posterioridad a la recepción de la declaración indagatoria de los imputados», dijo la Cámara al ordenar la ampliación de la declaración, la cual fue postergada en dos oportunidades. Además de la jueza Capuchetti, estará presente el fiscal Carlos Rívolo.
En esa última postergación hubo un planteo de la defensa de Carrizo, que reclamó que el acto procesal fuera encabezado por la jueza de la causa, María Eugenia Capuchetti.
En la previa de la declaración de Carrizo, la jueza Capuchetti rechazó la segunda recusación planteada por la querella de la Cristina Kirchner, representada por los abogados José Manuel Ubeira y Marcos Aldazabal.
En aquella recusación, presentada el 9 de enero pasado, la querella sostuvo que la jueza podría estar actuando condicionada porque tuvo un trabajo rentado como investigadora en el Instituto Superior de Seguridad Pública (ISSP) de la ciudad de Buenos Aires.
La ampliación de la indagatoria de Nicolás Carrizo se dispuso a partir de que se hallaron en su celular nuevos mensajes de texto en los que se atribuye participación en la planificación del ataque contra la Vicepresidenta, en septiembre de 2022.
Aquel planteo había sido realizado por los abogados querellantes Ubeira y Aldazabal tras tomar conocimiento de los mensajes de Carrizo del 1 de septiembre en los que aseguraba: «Recién intentamos matar a Cristina».
«Recordá esta fecha», «Esta hdp (sic) ya está muerta», «No sabés qué hicimos con esto», «Generar miedo», «Para que el gobierno sepa con quienes se están metiendo», son algunos de los mensajes enviados desde el celular de Carrizo.
Hasta ahora, los atacantes Fernando Sabag Montiel y Brenda Uliarte están procesados como coautores del homicidio en grado de tentativa, mientras que Carrizo fue considerado partícipe secundario, sin el cual el ataque podría haberse producido igual..
