Los vecinos hartos de que sus reclamos caigan en saco roto o en un expediente burocrático, decidieron protestar en el ingreso al barrio y manifestar su enojo ante la pasividad de las autoridades y solicitar la intervención de letrados que puedan llevar este caso a la justicia.
Con el asesoramiento de los abogados Fernando Urizar y Salvador Acuña, los vecinos autoconvocados de Itaembe Guazú, Itaembe Mini, barrios Belén, San isidro, cruz del Sur , Parma, El Porvenir, Néstor Kirchner, San Jorge, Sur Argentino, 508 viviendas y chacra 147 expresaron sus disconformidad con el servicio dejando en claro 14 puntos que serán llevados por los asesores legales a una reunión de partes en la búsqueda de una solución inmediata a este conflicto.
Dentro de ese petitorio se destacan, la condonación de la deuda por incumplimiento del servicio básico, solicitaran una tarifa social hasta que se normalice el suministro por completo, restablecimiento urgente del agua potable como servicio esencial para vida humana.
En ese sentido el abogado Fernando Urizar dijo que se hizo presente por pedido de los vecinos entendiendo que como dirigente político de la renovación tien
e la responsabilidad de escuchar los reclamos y buscar la solución de los problemas de los vecinos de Posadas.
