El candidato de La Libertad Avanza no dejó pasar el cuestionamiento y apuntó fuerte contra Fernández: «Me cuentan que el inútil del Presidente salió a cuestionar de qué vivo. Vivo de mi laburo, Alberto. Como hice toda mi vida. Algo que vos no entendés porque te hiciste millonario de hacer lobby para esas multinacionales que decís odiar».
«Sería bueno que el Alberto que ahora cuestiona a las grandes empresas recuerde cuando se convirtió en lobbysta de grandes grupos económicos internacionales, mientras estos estaban enfrentados al kirchnerismo», agregó.
«A la casta le encanta hablar de cómo nos financiamos. Nosotros lo hacemos con aportes voluntarios de los espacios y militantes que conforman LLA. No le costamos un peso al Estado argentino, como si le salen ustedes que son un grupo de chorros y parásitos», criticó el integrante de la Cámara Baja.
Por último, también respondió sobre los motivos que los jóvenes tienen para ser liberales: «Es por el fracaso de décadas de políticas colectivistas que no resolvieron ningún problema, sino que los agravaron y crearon nuevos. Por eso la juventud despertó y es liberal, por el fracaso estrepitoso de su gobierno«.
