Carlos Heller, diputado nacional del Frente de Todos (FdT), se refirió esta mañana a la crisis económica del país y dio su receta para reducir el déficit fiscal: “Los que ganan mucho tienen que ganar un poco menos”. Además, en declaraciones radiales el presidente de la Comisión de Presupuesto y Hacienda de la Cámara Baja sostuvo que para el éxito de las primeras medidas anunciadas por la ministra de Economía Silvina Batakis debería haber “un acuerdo sobre el diagnóstico”.
En sintonía con los argumentos de dirigentes del oficialismo, el legislador frentetodista afirmó que la difícil coyuntura económica se debe “a una crisis global fenomenal que agarra a la Argentina en la peor de las situaciones: hiperendeudada, con una economía llena de problemas que viene del desbalance de precios que generó la guerra y la pandemia”.
“La mayoría de las cosas que se plantearon con el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) son las que debería hace la Argentina aun si no formaran parte de ese arreglo. Porque el país tiene que reducir el déficit fiscal, pero el tema es cómo. Hay que resolverlo con mayores ingresos producto de una mayor actividad económica y de mejores políticas impositivas. El tema es ajuste sí o no”, prosiguió Heller en diálogo con Radio con Vos.
El legislador del FdT defendió las decisiones económicas tomadas por Batakis pese a las críticas recibidas de algunos sectores de la oposición y del propio kirchnerismo por no apuntar directamente a medidas sociales. “Tenemos proyectos como el de la renta inesperada que genera mecanismos para redistribuir esa renta, o como lo hicimos con el aporte solidario, pero necesitamos mayorías parlamentarias”, dijo.
Según Heller, “distinta sería toda la situación” si se liquidaran las exportaciones “en término” y agrego: “Hay que buscar ingresos donde están. Mirá la cantidad de dólares que podríamos tener”. Además, el presidente del Banco Credicoop Cooperativo y habló de “expectativas, especulación y puja distributiva”. Y repitó varias veces: “Hay una enorme cantidad de exportaciones hechas pero no liquidadas”.
Heller se mostró conforme con el rumbo económico del país: “Si se miran los datos objetivos, a la Argentina no le está yendo mal. Se recuperó lo que perdió en el primer año de la pandemia y se sigue creciendo. El aumento del consumo solo es posible con gente con trabajo y mejores ingresos”.
El diputado oficialista habló de políticas “que van en la dirección correcta y que están mejorando la situación”. “También digo que la situación es tan grave que el medio vaso vacío tiene mayor dimensión que el vaso lleno. La Argentina tenía una situación de inviabilidad externa, pero la necesidad de reservas hoy es casi completamente distinta a lo que pasó dos años atrás. Hoy hay mercadería retenida con un sentido de especulación”, apuntó el edil que responde al oficialismo.

Sobre de la interna en el Gobierno, Heller manifestó que la principal diferencia entre el anterior ministro Martín Guzmán y Batakis era la del apoyo político que podía tener ella respecto de su antecesor. “Quien puede desconocer la importancia de la opinión que pueda tener Cristina Kirchner de cualquier cosa que pasa en la Argentina, y más en un gobierno del que forma parte”, dijo.
“Lo que sé es que había un diálogo que se había interrumpido y que se restauró. Para mí es una buena señal que no trascienda lo que hablan porque muestra un acuerdo entre ambos [Cristina y Alberto Fernández] más Sergio Massa para intentar construir esos acuerdo sin que el tema esté en las tapa de los diarios”, agregó Heller y dijo “creo que estamos en buen camino”.
