Senado: el Frente de Todos presentó un proyecto que apunta al regreso de Fútbol Para Todos
Tras la decisión sobre la fusión Disney-Fox, Oscar Parrilli presentó una iniciativa para transmitir una tercera parte de los partidos de Primera División por la TV Pública.
El senador nacional del Frente de Todos Oscar Parrilli -con el apoyo de toda la bancada oficialista- presentó este jueves 20 de enero un proyecto de ley en el Congreso que apunta al regreso del ciclo de transmisiones de partidos Fútbol para Todos en la pantalla de la TV Pública.
La iniciativa pretende que se transmitan por la TV Pública «al menos una tercera parte de los encuentros de Primera División» del fútbol masculino.
La propuesta del senador kirchnerista declara que debería ser de interés general «el acceso a contenidos audiovisuales obtenidos en ocasión del desarrollo de encuentros de fútbol de Primera División realizados en el marco de torneos organizados por la Asociación del Fútbol Argentino, garantizándose en todo el territorio nacional el derecho a un acceso libre y gratuito mínimo a los mismos, en su calidad de bienes culturales».
El proyecto se presentó en la Cámara alta apenas días después de que la Secretaría de Comercio intimara a las empresas Disney y Fox a desprenderse de parte de los derechos de transmisión de partidos de fútbol del campeonato de Primera División masculina de la AFA, en medio de una decisión global que frenó la fusión entre Espn y Fox (ambas compañías pertenecientes a The Walt Disney Company).
El Gobierno les dio a las empresas un plazo de 18 meses para la readecuación, y en el medio deberán ofrecer a la audiencia de manera pública y gratuita «contenidos fundamentales», entre los cuales se encontraría la transmisión de al menos una vez por semana de un partido de los equipos masculinos de primera división de Boca o River.
Con su proyecto de ley, Parrilli -titular del Instituto Patria y hombre de extrema cercanía a Cristina Kirchner- intenta dar un paso más para que los partidos de fútbol masculino de Boca y River vuelvan a transmitirse a través de la señal televisiva del Estado nacional (TV Pública).
El programa Fútbol para Todos, implementado durante el primer Gobierno de Cristina Kirchner, fue muy resistido por algunos sectores que cuestionaban el elevado costo de producción y los sueldos de los integrantes del equipo, además del perfil propagandístico que supo tener en aquellos años de las políticas oficiales del kirchnerismo.
El Gobierno de Mauricio Macri dejó sin efecto el programa y a partir de entonces las transmisiones de fútbol volvieron al ámbito privado y de acceso únicamente a través de un abono por parte de los usuarios.
