Las cámaras de las paradas sustentables, de las terminales de transferencia y de los puntos de masiva circulación de personas, son algunos de los puntos donde son puestas a prueba las cámaras inteligentes con capacidad de seguir objetivos en tiempo real.
Es un trabajo virtual y efectivo similar a los dispositivos con detección de dominios de vehículos.
Ambos avances serán complementados con la incorporación del nuevo sotfware que les permitirá detectar patentes, objetos o personas en base a parámetros cargados en el sistema. Esta aplicación es inminente, pues estará a punto con el nuevo edificio del CIO 911 cuyo estreno es inminente y promete ser el salto cualitativo en seguridad pública.
Tecnología que se expande
Con la ampliación de fibra óptica e incorporación de nuevas cámaras, el Centro de Monitoreo de Apóstoles reforzó la red provincial de Videovigilancia, tras la implementación del CIO de Oberá. Son las dos unidades más importantes después de Posadas.
En toda la provincia hay más de 30 centros de integrales, que en su mayoría monitorean hasta dos localidades. En la totalidad de estos espacios está implementada la inteligencia artificial.
Capacidad humana más tecnología
¿Funciona la inteligencia artificial como respuesta a las demandas del ser humano? No necesariamente, aunque la supervisión del accionar virtual sigue precisando del ojo humano, más aún, el un agente especializado. Combinar la capacidad de la IA y del recurso humano es fundamental para el comisario inspector Maximiliano Carletti, director del CIO 911.
“Así como la Inteligencia Artificial, también hay que estacar la preparación a la que son sometidos los policías. A eso hay que sumarle un gran plus que es el conocimiento que traen las nuevas generaciones de la Universidad de las Fuerzas de Seguridad de la Provincia de Misiones”, destacó Carletti.
