Luego de que durante el pasado mes de febrero la justicia de Brasil frenara el juicio contra Juan Darthés por abuso sexual, en las últimas horas se revirtió la decisión y el proceso deberá continuar. Thelma Fardín celebró la decisión y luego se generó polémica por una foto que se viralizó del actor acusado.
La imagen fue difundida recientemente por el panel de Intrusos, la cual, según indicaron, correspondió a solo horas después del fallo judicial. En cuanto a la ex Patito Feo, informó la decisión en su cuenta de Twitter.
“La resolución permite retomar las audiencias del juicio oral que se había iniciado el 30 de noviembre de 2021 y se encontraba en su etapa final cuando se ordenó la suspensión”, redactó la artista.

De vuelta a la foto viral, Marcela Tauro expresó que “¿Quieren saber qué hacía hoy a las 10 de la mañana Juan Darthés en Brasil?”, anunció Marcela Tauro, momentos antes de que se conociera el fallo. Fue a la playa, se sacó la ropa, se metió en el mar, se secó, se puso la ropa y se fue”. Además, detalló que el ex Dulce Amor estaba en las playas de Barra de Tijuca, una zona muy exclusiva de Río de Janeiro y que “evidentemente viviría por ahí, porque vino caminando”.
En adición, la conductora del programa, Florencia de la V, disparó contra Darthés. “Pintó mar, dijo el prófugo”, expresó, a lo que Pablo Layus agregó que “se llegó a conocer que estaría en una vivienda que tiene un costo aproximado de 2 millones de dólares”.

La denunciante festejó y explicó lo sucedido en la red social del pajarito, donde sus seguidores también celebraron. “Desde 2018, continúe tramitando en la justicia federal de ese país. De esta manera, el mismo tribunal revirtió la decisión que había tomado el 7 de febrero pasado, cuando ordenó frenar el juicio oral y público para comenzar un nuevo proceso de cero en el ámbito del poder”, comentó la artista.
Por su parte, indicó cómo la justicia de Brasil llegó a esta resolución. “En un fallo de más de 15 páginas, el juez fundamentó esta decisión a partir de la jurisprudencia de los tribunales superiores y de la Corte Suprema, que en todos los casos de delitos graves cometidos en el extranjero por nacionales brasileños ordenaron que los expedientes tramitaran en la justicia federal”, escribió.
