Después de casi tres años del asesinato de Fernando Báez Sosa en la madrugada del 18 de enero de 2021 enfrente del boliche Le Brique de Villa Gesell, comenzó hoy el juicio contra Máximo Thomsen , Blas Cinalli, los hermanos Luciano y Ciro Pertossi; su primo Lucas Pertossi, Enzo Comelli, Ayrton Viollaz y Matías Benicelli por la muerte del joven.
Los acusados se encontraban frente a los jueces con sus rostros tapados, pero las miradas apuntaron a Thomsen, el deportista acusado de ser el más violento de los asesinos.
El joven en las primeras horas del juicio se mostró inmutable, casi dando indicios que no reconoce lo que provocó su reacción violenta contra Fernando Báez Sosa. El acusado en ningún momento se movió de su lugar ni realizó ningún tipo de gesto.
Recordemos que para la justicia Máximo Thomsen es el lider de este grupo y el encargado de ser quien le propinó la patada mortal a Fernando Báez Sosa, según varias pruebas.
En el juicio habló María Graciela Sosa Osorio, madre de Fernando Báez Sosa, mostrando todo su dolor por la partida de su hijo y apuntando contra los 8 acusados del crimen.
«Éramos inseparables. Éramos una familia feliz, humilde, que tratamos de inculcar los mejores valores a nuestro hijo. Vine en el año 95 a la Argentina. Conocí al Silvio, nos casamos y decidimos buscar un hijo. De esa unión nació Fernando. Era un ángel, El que trajo la alegría a nuestras vidas, era todo felicidad. Era un chico feliz, humilde, era muy tímido mi hijo», dijo Graciela.
«Era un chico muy sacrificado, desde chiquito. No comprendo, y nunca aceptaré, cómo chicos de la edad de Fer le hayan hecho esto. Lo atacaron por la espalda, lo tiraron por el piso. Le reventaron la cabeza, ese cuerpito que yo lo tuve nueves meses en mi panza», agregó.
Al borde del llanto la madre de Fernando Báez Sosa dijo: «Fer no tenia amigos, pero ya en el segundo año en la escuela arrasó con todo, tenía muchísimos amigos. Cuando terminó la secundaria empezaba un nuevo rumbo en su vida. Fue a Gesell, le di esa posibilidad porque se lo merecía».
«Decidió estudiar abogacía, lo apoyamos. El sacrificó mucho. Hice todo lo que pude para que no le faltara nunca nada, Sobretodo mucho amor, tal vez no cosas materiales. Empezamos a preparar su viaje. Después de ir a Gesell tenía su boleto para regresar, pero no regresó», cerró la mujer.
En este contexto, Silvino Sosa habló acerca de su hijo y el dolor de su trágica muerte: «Me llena de orgullo sentarme acá y hablar de él. Con Graciela siempre luchamos para que no le pase nada. Fernando era el ser más amado de mi vida. Los días más felices eran sábado y domingo porque estábamos todos juntos».
Ante estas duras palabras, Máximo Thomsen, uno de los acusados más complicados en el crimen, comenzó a llorar delante de Silvino.
