¿ES INOCENTE? Nahir Galarza: “Yo no lo maté a Fernando, fue papá”
Entre lágrimas, la joven se lo habría confesado a su representante legal, Raquel Hermida Leyenda, quien se presentó ante la Fiscalía Criminal de Turno en Paraná y denunció a Marcelo Mariano Galarza por el homicidio.
Nahir Galarza fue condenada a prisión perpetua por el crimen de su novio Fernando Pastorizzo, ocurrido el 29 de diciembre de 2017, en la ciudad de Gualeguaychú, Entre Ríos, pero una reciente confesión podría dar un impactante giro al caso que conmocionó a todo el país.
«Yo no lo maté a Fernando, fue papá. Quiero que acuses al verdadero asesino y a los corruptos que taparon lo que pasó de verdad aquel día», le habría dicho Nahir a su representante legal, Raquel Hermida Leyenda, según consignó Infobae.
La letrada se habría presentado este viernes ante la Fiscalía Criminal de Turno en Paraná y denunció a Marcelo Mariano Galarza por el homicidio.
De acuerdo a lo publicado por el citado medio, la noche del 29 de diciembre de 2021, Nahir Galarza no pudo dormir. Había llamado a su abogada y le pidió verla. Hermida pensó que se trataba de un brote psiquiátrico, pero la joven quería contarle un secreto jamás revelado.
Cuando declaró como testigo, Nahir dijo que había visto a su ex novio la noche anterior al crimen, aunque ante la sumatoria de indicios en su contra quedó detenida y en una segunda declaración reconoció que lo había matado pero que había sido de manera «accidental».
El 3 de julio de 2018, el Tribunal de Juicio y Apelaciones de Gualeguaychú la condenó por unanimidad a prisión perpetua por considerar que «ha quedado destruida la hipótesis de la defensa de que los disparos se produjeron de manera involuntaria». Ese fallo fue confirmado en julio de 2019 por la Sala II de la Cámara de Concordia.
«¿Quién es el asesino?», le preguntó Hermida. Frente a la pregunta, Nahir no podía parar de llorar y le reveló que había sido su padre.
El crimen de Fernando Pastorizzo
El 3 de julio de 2018, el Tribunal de Juicio y Apelaciones de Gualeguaychú condenó a Galarza a prisión perpetua por el crimen del muchacho, ocurrido el 29 de diciembre de 2017, en esa ciudad entrerriana. La defensa de la joven presentó un recurso de queja a fines de 2020 y la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación debe expedirse sobre el caso.
Su caso se convirtió en el más emblemático de Argentina en criminalidad adolescente y la condenada fue la mujer más joven en recibir una pena a prisión perpetua.
El crimen de Fernando Pastorizzo ocurrió pasadas las 5 del viernes 29 de diciembre de 2017, cuando el joven fue encontrado en una calle de Gualeguaychú con un tiro en la espalda y otro en el pecho, junto a su moto y dos cascos tirados en el suelo.
A la mañana siguiente, y al conocerse la noticia, Nahir publicó una foto de ambos en las redes sociales y escribió: «5 años juntos, peleando, yendo y viniendo pero siempre con el mismo amor. Te amo para siempre, mi ángel».
