Con 1,70 de alcohol, estacionó su auto y durmió en plena avenida
El conductor y su acompañante se durmieron dentro del Peugeot 208 dejando mal estacionado el vehículo sobre la avenida Chacabuco y Avenida Las Heras, entorpeciendo el tránsito de la zona. Cuando los efectivos policiales tratan de dialogar con los implicados, estos tratan de darse a la fuga.
En ese momento son detenidos por el personal policial quiénes llamaron a personal de tránsito para realizar las tareas de rigor.
Se trata de Pablo R y Rogelio M. quiénes fueron detenidos y posteriormente atendidos por el personal médico que le realizaron el test de alcoholemia el cual constató un alto grado de alcohol en sangre. “Excoriaciones en pómulo izquierdo y aliento etílico agresivo”.
Los resultados del test arrojaron 1,70 Grs/Lts. de alcohol en el aire expirado. “En todo momento los ciudadanos no colaboraron con el procedimiento policial manifestando ser personal del Ejército Argentino, pero no exhibieron documentaciones que lo acredite”.
