La medida fue informada en un comunicado.
El Gobierno nacional decidió este domingo suspender el Registro de Declaraciones Juradas de Venta al Exterior (DJVE) para las exportaciones de harina y aceite de soja, entre otras posiciones arancelarias de la oleaginosa, según informó la Subsecretaría de Mercados Agropecuarios.
La subsecretaria, que depende del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, comunicó este domingo al sector exportador que “a partir de la fecha y hasta nuevo aviso el Registro de Declaraciones Juradas de Ventas al Exterior que involucre las exportaciones de las siguientes posiciones arancelarias quedará suspendido a todos sus efectos”.
Los productos identificados con las posiciones arancelarias NCM 1507-10-00 y NCM 1507-90-19 (aceite de soja a granel y en tambores de 200 litros) y NCM 2304-00-10, (Pellets» y Harina de soja, «Pellets», de harina de extracción y «Pellets», harina de tortas) NCM 2304-00-90, (Residuos y desperdicios de la industria alimentaria, alimentos para animales. Pasteles y demás residuos sólidos de la extracción del aceite de soja, molidos o en pellets), comprenden a las exportaciones que quedan suspendidas.
El comunicado, que lleva la firma del subsecretario de Mercados Agropecuarios, Javier Preciado Patiño, señala que la medida fue tomada «de conformidad con los términos del artículo 18 de la resolución 2019-128» dispuesta el 14 de noviembre de 2019 por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca.
