Spinelli: “Silicon Misiones es el inicio del camino hacia la evolución tecnológica”
Las puertas del moderno polo de tecnología y educación disruptiva se abrirán este año. Una estructura exclusivamente pensada para la capacitación y generación de empleo que alojará a empresas de base tecnológica de primer nivel mundial. La modernidad y el estilo coworking en el corazón del Mercosur.
Dentro del nuevo parque de la innovación, el Gobierno plantea capacitar a las nuevas generaciones a través de la educación disruptiva, preparándolos para el nuevo mercado del siglo XXI. Estos edificios serán parte de la red generadora de conocimientos que recorre la tierra colorada, la cual está compuesta por el Polo TIC, la Escuela Secundaria de Innovación, la Escuela de Robótica, los Espacios Makers, entre otros. Además, Silicon Misiones ya cuenta con un centro de operaciones en Posadas y cursos en otros 32 municipios.
En este marco, el diputado provincial Lucas Romero Spinelli, en una entrevista, remarcó que la culminación de esta obra “es la conclusión de una etapa, pero el inicio de una mucho más grande. Más grande por no saber qué se viene, porque realmente la evolución es tan grande en cuanto a los conceptos tecnológicos que aprender y capacitarse es ir mirando hacia adelante”.
Además, mencionó que el resultado de este proyecto es gracias al conocimiento que se adquirió a lo largo del trayecto recorrido por la escuela de robótica y el Polo TIC. “Ese camino sirvió para que culturalmente la provincia se prepare para un proyecto como éste, que se vea que acá hay un camino de capacitación que genera empleo y el nacimiento, entonces, de nuevas oportunidades, de nuevas relaciones y de nuevas capacitaciones”.
Un programa enfocado en la generación de empleo joven
Otro de los planes de este primer edificio es dar empleo a los jóvenes que se gradúen de los cursos. El moderno edificio también albergará a varias empresas, algunas de ellas se irán construyendo a medida que se desarrolle el mercado tecnológico, el cual está experimentando una gran demanda de empleados, mayoritariamente capacitados en programación.
Actualmente, hay unas cinco empresas misioneras interesadas en instalarse en la nueva megaestructura de Silicon Misiones y otras diez que son de Buenos Aires y piensan en un entorno más saludable y amigable con el medioambiente.
Spinelli mencionó que “la programación es la actividad dentro de la industria de conocimiento que más empleo demanda, pero lo importante es la búsqueda”. Por eso remarcó la importancia de los cursos que dictan Silicon y el Polo TIC.
“La principal forma de fomentar el empleo joven es con la capacitación. Hay que estar muy comunicado con todo el sector y con la comunidad para ofrecer lo último en capacitación para los programadores y los que quieren innovar”, explicó el legislador provincial.
También mencionó la importancia de los nuevos cursos de inglés, para mejorar la posibilidades de empleo, “desde que se creó el Polo TIC en el 2018 hay cursos de inglés y sigue habiendo. También hay una nueva modalidad de estudio en la cual cada dos clases de programación los estudiantes tienen una clase de inglés y todo forma parte de la misma carrera”.
“Entonces para el que todavía no vio que es importante aprender inglés, recordemamos que los cursos tienen una duración de seis meses en inglés técnico aplicados al desarrollo del trabajo de programador. Ahora simplemente hacen combinado el curso y de esa manera se hace más llevadero”, agregó.
Mobile el futuro de los E-sports
Tras terminar 2022 con una buena aceptación por parte de la comunidad de los E-sports, Misiones Gamer la rama del Silicón dirigida a la cultura geek-gamer, vuelve a la carga con la implementación de una nueva modalidad de torneos dedicada a los juegos de celulares.
Al consultar sobre esto, Spinelli mencionó que ahora se están formando nuevas comunidades de jugadores dedicados a los juegos mobile, ya que estos generan una mayor inclusión, esto porque no todos cuentan con una PC para jugar las actuales entregas que ofrece Misiones Gamer.
“Principalmente estamos girando en torno a un juego que se llama Free Fire y vamos a alargar torneos de esto, porque es lo que más nos piden cuando recorremos los colegios secundarios”, apunta Spinelli mientras remarca que para lograr aún más inclusión se está trabajando en la conectividad de toda la provincia.
“Estamos gestionando para conseguir más antenas para la provincia, está buenísimo. Permite acceder a información que le interesa al misionero, no pelea solamente de canales de Buenos Aires, sino información real de calidad y que es una información que cuando vos salís a la puerta de tu casa es lo que realmente está sucediendo afuera”.
Una mirada a la Campaña 2023
Para finalizar, Spinelli habló sobre su camino hacia las elecciones 2023: “ el término campaña no me gusta, hay que trabajar con lo mismo que venimos trabajando siempre. Por ahí en mi caso, que tengo el enorme desafío de ser candidato a Vicegobernador, es mejor mirar a otras cosas más macro para poder aplicarlas o para poder innovar”.
Para el candidato, “el concepto no es proponer algo distinto a lo que hay, sino que lo bueno crezca, como dice el slogan, me parece que ese es el resumen que mejor lo explica. Y sí, como siempre, con dinamismo y con respuestas certeras de un sí o un no a la gente, pero no prometer sin cumplir. Eso es lo más importante, eso es una campaña”.
