Por este motivo, los efectivos de la comisaría 1ra de esa localidad, arribaron hasta el sitio y constaron lo sucedido. El sindicado, al ver a los policías intentó huir, efectuó una tenaz resistencia y agredió al personal, pero fue detenido.
Por último, el detenido fue alojado en sede policial a disposición de la Justicia. Además, cabe mencionar que en el hogar faltaban algunos objetos, los cuales son investigados para recuperarlos.
