Un joven de 16 años fue apuñalado en el pecho mientras caminaba por Villa Encarnación, Chaco, luego de que quisieran robarle la mochila y el celular. El agresor también es un adolescente de 17 años. Una vecina detalló que antes de matarlo «lo hizo arrodillar para apuñarlo«.
El hecho ocurrió el último viernes 18 de marzo, entre las 23 y la medianoche, mientras Cesar Franco Hernán Meza transitaba las calles de ripio de su barrio y fue abordado por un ladrón que posteriormente se transformaría en su verdugo.
El adolescente de 17 años apuró a César para que le entregara la mochila y su teléfono, el cual había utilizado minutos antes para comunicarse con su madre que se encontraba trabajando en el Parque Industrial de Puerto Tirol, en territorio chaqueño. Fue entonces cuando el chico fue apuñalado con un cuchillo, a la altura del pecho. El agresor y asesino, caracterizado como E.R, no sólo vive en el barrio sino que conocía a su víctima.
«Es un barrio no tan tranquilo, depende como se lo vea, yo hace dos años ya no vivo más acá, ahora lo hago en Barranqueras, pero cada tanto vengo a visitar mi casita que también funciona como un taller», dijo al medio local Diario Tag un vecino identificado con el seudónimo de Héctor.
También detalló que por el lugar circula mucha droga y también hay delincuencia, agregando que «incluso los patrulleros son atacados con piedrazos cuando ingresan y más de uno salió con los vidrios rotos».

Otra de las vecinas que decidió contar su testimonio bajo un seudónimo relató de qué manera llegó hasta el lugar del hecho, donde el adolescente se encontraba agonizando.
«Yo estaba encerrada, ya era tarde y en un momento empecé a escuchar gritos, no le di bola porque vivo sola, pero cada vez ese grito se escuchaba más fuerte hasta que finalmente decidí salir. Había un hombre en una moto, estaba desesperado, pedía ayuda», comenzó relatando Antonia.
Luego agregó que el hombre que estaba asistiendo a César se fue a buscar ayuda. «En ese contexto, Cesar cayó casi desvanecido de la moto hacia la calle de ripio», sostuvo.
Rememorando cada segundo del trágico hecho, Antonia contó cómo fueron los últimos momentos del adolescente. «Intentaba aparentemente esbozar unas palabras, pero se ve que no podía, porque quizás ya había perdido mucha sangre», manifestó. «Solo abrió tres veces la boca y luego cerró los ojitos», detalló la vecina.
Por último, la mujer habló sobre la familia del agresor y dijo que «siempre están involucrados en algo», además de expresar que la madre del acusado murió hace tiempo y su hermano fue protagonista de causas judiciales.
