El cadáver de Melani Juárez fue encontrado en la habitación que alquilaba en una pensión. La Justicia busca a un hombre que también vivía en el lugar pero se fue sorpresivamente tras el hecho
Los amigos de Melani Juárez estaban preocupados. Desde el domingo que habían intentado ubicar a la joven rosarina de 21 años pero no contestaba su teléfono. Pero lo que más les preocupaba es que no subía contenido a sus redes sociales. Ese punto era el más extraño, ya que era uno de sus principales ingresos porque se dedicaba a la venta de material erótico por distintas plataformas como Onlyfans.
Así, decidieron llamar a la hermana de la joven y luego dirigirse a la habitación que Melani alquilaba en una pensión de la ciudad. Cuando llegaron, notaron que la puerta estaba cerrada por lo que tuvieron que usar la llave de la hermana para ingresar. Una vez en el interior se encontraron con una escena terrorífica: El cuerpo de Melanie estaba en el piso con, al menos, 14 puñaladas, víctima de un bestial femicidio.
Según el informe que elaboró Policía Científica horas después, el cuerpo de la joven estaba en el suelo con la cabeza apoyada sobre el colchón de la cama. Además de la puerta cerrada con llave notaron que la única ventana de la pieza estaba en perfecto estado. Es decir, nadie forzó ninguna abertura. Otro dato relevante es que la habitación estaba con todas las luces apagadas pero con la televisión encendida con el volumen al máximo.
En la habitación no había nada revuelto y sólo faltaba una cosa: el celular de la víctima.

La vícitma vivía en esa pensión desde hacía un año, según contó su madre a la policía
“Melani vivía hace aproximadamente un año en esa pensión ubicada en la calle 9 de julio al 500 en el Barrio Martín. Antes vivía con su madre en la zona norte de la ciudad. Ella era profesora de danza y grababa videoclips. También trabajaba como empleada en un local de celulares pero perdió ese trabajo con la pandemia. Por eso se dedicaba a la venta de contenido erótico por distintas redes como OnlyFans”, explica un investigador a Infobae.
Según el cálculo del médico que revisó el cadáver en el lugar, el asesinato de Melani se habría producido más de 36 horas antes del hallazgo, es decir en la madrugada del domingo. Algunos vecinos declararon ante la Justicia que hacía días que sentían olor a podrido.
“Por el momento ningún vecino aportó datos concretos. Solo hablaron del mal olor. Es curioso que nadie haya escuchado nada porque estamos hablando de una pensión con habitaciones pegadas unas a otra, todas muy chiquitas. El único que dio un dato relevante fue la dueño de la pensiónque dijo que el domingo un hombre que solía alquilar se fue repentinamente”, explica una fuente de peso en el expediente.

Melani perdió su trabajo en pandemia y se dedicó con más atención a la venta de contenido erótico
La investigación del caso está a cargo del fiscal Ademar Bianchini, que ordenó distintas medidas de prueba. La primera tiene que ver con identificar y ubicar al hombre que tomó sus cosas y se fue el domingo. Puntualmente, lo que declaró la dueña de la pensión fue que Melani era una persona tranquila y que nunca había tenido problemas con nadie. También refirió que el vecino que se fue, había llegado hace pocas semanas al lugar y había tenido problema con varios vecinos.
En las próximas horas se les tomará declaración testimonial a todas las personas que estaban registradas en la pensión.
Melani era sumamente activa en redes sociales y tenía varios perfiles. En el que más usaba, el de Instagram, tenía 15 mil seguidores y aprovechaba esa popularidad para promocionar las plataformas en las cuales vendía su contenido erótico. Según los registros de la aplicación OnlyFans, estaba inscripta desde febrero del año pasado y subía material con mucha asiduidad. La suscripción a su canal rondaba los 10 dólares.
