El joven identificado como Alexis Santa Cruz, de 25 años, dejó de existir ayer pasadas las 20 horas sobre la avenida Yerbal Viejo casi Balcarce en el barrio Stemberg de esa localidad, luego de recibir una lesión que le produjo una herida en el pecho, producto de un arma blanca.
El hecho sucedió a las 20:30 de ayer, según el relato de su pareja de 25 años, quien manifestó que se encontraba en su hogar, en el barrio San Miguel, cuando se presentó en su domicilio su expareja, un joven de 22, quien increpó e invitó a la víctima a pelear.
En ese momento, los jóvenes comenzaron a agredirse, cuando en un momento dado el sindicado de 22 años le efectuó lesiones con un arma blanca y huyó del lugar.
Alexis quedó tendido en el suelo con una incisión que le costó la vida. Los efectivos de la seccional 5ª fueron alertados de lo sucedido y automáticamente acudieron a la avenida Yerbal Viejo, donde el joven yacía en el suelo, sin signos vitales.
Rápidamente, los agentes comenzaron con la búsqueda para esclarecer lo sucedido y con datos recabados detuvieron al presunto autor en el barrio Oasis, en cercanías al domicilio de un familiar. En el lugar los efectivos de la división Policía Científica secuestraron una camiseta con manchas de color escarlata.
Finalmente, el detenido fue trasladado a la dependencia policial y quedó a disposición de la Justicia. En tanto continúan con las tareas para hallar el arma utilizada para el crimen.
