El caso de Nahir reúne mucho morbo y tanto directores como productores de cine lo consideran «atractivo» para llevarlo a la pantalla. De esta forma, el entorno de la condenada escucha permanentemente ofertas de proyectos cinematográficos para relatar su historia.
De esta manera, desde Pampa Films y TBS México se encuentran trabajando en una película y una miniserie respectivamente, proyectos que mantiene negociaciones para poder avanzar e «inspirarse» en la joven asesina.
Varias fuentes sostuvieron que la miniserie mencionada, en manos de la productora mexicana, tendría como base el libro de Jorge Zonzini, «El silencio de Nahir, crónica de un linchamiento mediático», quien fue manager y vocero de Galarza.
