Una adolescente de 17 años fue agredida violentamente por su pareja de 24, identificado como Agustín D.R. Según el relato de la propia víctima en un medio provincial, fue golpeada, drogada, violada con una madera, obligada a cavar su propia tumba, encadenada y enterrada viva.
Los uniformados arribaron al domicilio de la joven de 17 años, quien contó que su pareja la agredió físicamente y la violó con una madera para posteriormente, enterrarla en un pozo que ella misma habría cavado. La joven logró escapar y pedir auxilio.
La víctima fue examinada por el médico policial en turno, quien diagnosticó: “Posee múltiples lesiones equimóticas longitudinales de 10 a 15 cm de longitud por 2 a 3 cm de ancho. Además presenta escoriaciones múltiples 10 a 15 cm de longitud por 0.5 cm de ancho”.
Las lesiones, cubren ambos miembros inferiores y superiores. Además, presenta “Múltiples lesiones similares que cubren completamente la espalda, múltiples lesiones equimóticas en rostro, múltiples lesiones en cuello”, con un tiempo de curación de 20 días salvo complicaciones.
Cabe destacar que por estás horas, el acusado continúa en libertad.
