Los presos no podrán cobrar el bono de $18.000 de ANSES
Este miércoles, el Gobierno Nacional anunció a través de una Resolución en el Boletín Oficial que “las personas privadas de su libertad bajo cualquier modalidad” y “los funcionarios de todos los niveles” a nivel nacional, no podrán cobrar el refuerzo de ingresos o bono de $18.000 que brinda la Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (ANSES).
A través de la Resolución Conjunta 1/2022 de las Secretarías de Política Económica del Ministerio de Economía y de Seguridad Social de la cartera de Trabajo, en el Boletín Oficial, el Gobierno Nacional “precisó ciertos aspectos a los efectos de lograr una correcta aplicación de las disposiciones del Decreto 216/2022″.
El refuerzo de ingresos podrá ser cobrado únicamente por: personas que se encuentren en situación de desempleo, monotributistas inscriptos e inscriptas en las categorías “A” y “B” y sociales, trabajadores y a las trabajadoras de casas particulares y trabajadores y a las trabajadoras que perciban ingresos por el desarrollo de actividades laborales informales y no registradas, y sus ingresos no superen el valor equivalente de 2 Salarios Mínimos, Vitales y Móviles.
El decreto expedido por el Gobierno Nacional este miércoles expresa: “Excluye a las trabajadoras y los trabajadores con ingresos formales, resulta necesario aclarar que se encuentran incluidos en dicha exclusión los funcionarios y las funcionarias de todos los niveles de gobierno”.
“A través de esa medida de política de ingresos el Gobierno procura reforzar la protección económica y social de los sectores más vulnerables particularmente afectados por la situación de aceleración del nivel general de precios”, afirmó el Gobierno a través de la Resolución.
El refuerzo de ingresos será compatible con los planes: la Asignación Universal por Hijo (AUH), la Asignación por Embarazo para Protección Social, la Prestación por Desempleo, con Potenciar Trabajo, los inscriptos en el Registro Nacional de trabajadores de la Economía Popular y con los planes alimentarios provinciales y municipales.
