F: ¿Y cómo sería tu presidencia?
M: Sería una presidencia puesta el foco total y absolutamente en la libertad.
F: ¿Cómo serían los equipos? ¿Cómo te imaginás armar mayorías parlamentarias?
M: En este momento tengo cuatro ministerios en las sombras: Economía, Relaciones Exteriores, Acción Social e Infraestructura. Eso es lo básico con lo que estamos trabajando, en lo que es el programa económico para que cuente con contención social y que tenga inserción internacional. Ahora, después la lógica que surja de la dinámica parlamentaria va a depender de las características del resultado. Desde mi punto de vista, lo que voy a tratar de hacer siempre es comunicar con claridad cuál es el objetivo, cuáles son los instrumentos, y en función de que sean aceptado o no, deberé tomar distintas decisiones. De hecho, en el caso de terminar con la inflación, yo tengo una propuesta muy concreta que tiene que ver con la reforma del sistema financiero y que la última parte de dicha reforma es eliminar el Banco Central, en un contexto donde las personas eligen las monedas, que en nuestro caso lo más factible sería la dolarización.
F: Vos planeaste un proyecto para penalizar los piquetes, ¿Cómo resolverías el tema de los planes sociales?
M: Cortar la calle está mal porque vos estás violentando el derecho; entonces, cuando están haciendo un corte, lo que están haciendo es atentar contra la libertad de los otros.
F: ¿Qué pasa si vienen 5 mil personas y las fuerzas de seguridad no pueden parar eso por un tema de cantidad? ¿Tu respuesta sería meter presos a los dirigentes?
M: Una de las cosas que tenés que hacer es cambiar la forma en que se dan los planes sociales. Digo, tenés que sacarlos de la órbita que opera hoy desde el Estado y arreglarlo con distintos actores de los movimientos sociales para no vivir bajo la extorción permanente.
F: ¿Cómo resolvés el tema de la presión que ejercen?
M: Los planes los van a empezar a dar los intendentes, entonces cada uno lo va a resolver, porque quién mejor que ellos que están en interacción directa con la gente. Es decir, cuando yo sea presidente en 2023 voy a mantener los planes sociales, pero voy a descentralizar su gestión en las intendencias.
