En las últimas horas se conoció que la titular del PAMI, Luana Volnovich, acaba de contratar a 206 empleados nuevos. Lo llamativo es que la mayoría de los ingresantes son personas que no tienen el secundario completo. Dado que para poder trabajar en el Estado tener el título de secundario es un requisito indispensable, se les hizo firmar una excepción.
Tal excepción mantiene que por un plazo de 365 días ellos pueden reservar el cargo en PAMI mientras intentan obtener dicho certificado. En caso de que así lo consigan, pasarán a planta permanente como el resto de los empleados. Mientras estén en las tratativas su contrato se basa en otra modalidad, como si fuese uno temporal.
La resolución 2022-263 fue firmada por Luana Volnovich a las 15: 11 de la tarde y mantiene que es “necesario dotar a este Instituto de los recursos humanos idóneos para el normal cumplimiento de las acciones que le son propias, a efectos de brindar las prestaciones médico–asistenciales acorde la demanda de la población a quien debe prestar cobertura”.
Alrededor del décimo párrafo del texto, la titular de PAMI justificó la carencia de estudios de los nuevos trabajadores diciendo que las razones que llevan al abandono del colegio “son múltiples, complejas y variadas” y que “han dado cuenta que la retención y terminalidad de estudios continúa siendo uno de los mayores desafíos de los sistemas educativos de América Latina”.
