El Presidente y el Gobernador Valdes recorren en helicóptero las áreas incendiadas de Corrientes
El presidente Alberto Fernández llegó en la tarde de de este viernes al campamento montado en la zona de San Miguel, en el centro norte de Corrientes, para recorrer las regiones afectadas por los incendios forestales, que ya llevan arrasadas más de 900 mil hectáreas, informaron fuentes oficiales.
El jefe de Estado llegó al lugar en helicóptero proveniente de la ciudad de Posadas, acompañado por los ministros del Interior, Eduardo “Wado” de Pedro; de Seguridad, Aníbal Fernández; de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, Juan Cabandié; y de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, Julián Domínguez.
Además lo acompañan el secretario de Control y Monitoreo Ambiental, Sergio Federovisky; la secretaria de Cambio Climático, Cecilia Nicolini; el titular del Banco Nación, Eduardo Hecker; y el secretario General de Presidencia, Julio Vitobello.
Fernández tiene previsto saludar a la formación de brigadistas que se encuentran en el campamento y luego recorrer las zonas afectadas por los incendios.
El jefe de Estado había aterrizado en la capital de Misiones después del mediodía y allí abordó el helicóptero, acompañado por el gobernador de Corrientes, Gustavo Valdés, para dirigirse al campamento montado en la zona de San Miguel.
Ese campamento fue instalado en una escuela rural de la localidad correntina de San Miguel, que se convirtió hace una semana en el centro de comando y base operativa de una fuerza integrada por organismos nacionales, empresas públicas y equipos especializados de media docena de provincias que lucha contra los incendios forestales.
Días atrás, las autoridades de la Escuela de la Familia Agrícola “Ñanderoga”, ubicada sobre la ruta 118 entre las localidades de San Miguel y Loreto, en el corazón de la zona afectada por los incendios, abrieron las puertas al equipo del Servicio Nacional de Manejo del Fuego (Smnf) encabezado por su director, Alberto Seufferheld, que estableció una base para organizar el combate a las llamas.
Allí también se desplegó el equipo del Ministerio de Defensa conducido por el subsecretario de Coordinación en Emergencias, Roberto Corti, junto a efectivos de distintas unidades del Ejército y la Fuerza Aérea que sumaron equipos de telecomunicaciones, cisternas, vehículos terrestres y helicópteros al dispositivo.
Está previsto que Fernández sobrevuele en helicóptero las zonas afectadas junto al gobernador de Corrientes, Gustavo Valdés. Se trata de los departamentos de Concepción III, San Miguel, Curuzú Cuatiá, Ituzaingó, Santo Tomé, Loreto, Virasoro, Alvear, Carlos Pellegrini y Corrientes capital.
