El Hilton desembarca en Posadas con mirada turística y habitacional
Misiones, nicho de inversiones. Una de las cadenas hoteleras más importantes del mundo administrará la renta de 120 departamentos en el Complejo IPLyC Costanera. Miembros de la multinacional vendrán a realizar un nuevo seguimiento de la obra que avanza a paso firme. Destacan el crecimiento de la ciudad por sobre las demás capitales de la región.

Crecer como ciudad para atraer a inversores gigantes y de renombre mundial. Solución habitacional, hotelero y paseo de compras: el Complejo IPLyC Costanera es uno de los principales objetivos de la provincia para realzar, aún más, las bellezas de una ciudad que se afianza como un centro turístico. En las próximas semanas arribará a la capital misionera una comitiva del directorio de Hilton Garden para analizar los avances de las obras y que abarcan la preparación de dos habitaciones servirán como modelo de venta en un corto lapso de tiempo.
“Hilton realizó un estudio de mercado y gracias a ello, eligieron a Misiones. Se trata de una empresa que va a abriendo distintos centros donde saben que funcionará como un negocio”, resaltó el presidente del Instituto Provincial de Loterías y Casinos Héctor Rojas Decut.
El complejo IPLyC Costanera es el edificio que se emplaza en un punto estratégico de la ciudad, al final de la avenida Marconi. La torre contará con once plantas de departamentos -unidades habitacionales-, mientras otros cinco pisos formarán parte del hotel Hilton Garden Inn de cuatro estrellas superior con 120 habitaciones. Los pisos restantes estarán destinados a un paseo de compras tipo Shopping.
Según contó funcionario, la administración de la reconocida cadena viene de manera continua para hacer el seguimiento de los trabajos que se han realizado por parte de la provincia pero con lo estipulado en el contrato de la multinacional.
“Por lo pronto ya hemos comprado algunos muebles además de la compra de materiales de construcción para los pisos -algunas habitaciones con suelo de madera y otros de porcelanato-” contó en exclusiva a Canal 12 el funcionario.
El titular del instituto adelantó que para el mes de marzo la comitiva llegará desde Miami para poder garantizar la calidad de los trabajos realizados, con el objetivo de poder comenzar a mostrar las terminaciones de los departamentos que se pondrán en venta en los próximos meses.
“Hablamos de inversión porque son 120 departamentos que se van a poner a la venta para cualquier persona que desee comprarlo”, explicó. Cada comprador contará con su título de propiedad.
En cuanto al rol que cumplirá Hilton Garden, detalló que “los administradores para esto son capacitados por la propia cadena hotelera y todo se maneja según las pautas establecidas por esta multinacional”.
“La empresa se ha comunicado con nosotros y nos han pedido específicamente estar presentes en la inauguración, en parte, por el lugar donde está emplazado de frente al río”.
“Tenemos muy buena aceptación por parte de la administración de la cadena por los avances de la obra” contó el funcionario. Aseguró además que las expectativas son muy grandes por parte de Hilton Latinoamérica. “La empresa se ha comunicado con nosotros y nos han pedido específicamente estar presentes en la inauguración, en parte, por el lugar donde está emplazado de frente al río”.
El edificio forma parte de un fideicomiso donde, excepto la parte del centro comercial, todo pertenece al IPLyC. “El Instituto lo que va a hacer es vender las 120 habitaciones y seguramente hará una inversión para que los administradores del Hilton manejen la renta del departamento” adelantó de manera exclusiva a este medio Rojas Decut.
“Posadas en los últimos años se ha posicionado como una ciudad de las que más creció en la región”, mencionó el titular del instituto provincial. Así también detalló que se trata de una capital con todas las condiciones dadas para contar con un hotel de estas características.
“Hilton realizó un estudio de mercado y gracias a ello, eligieron a Misiones. Se trata de una empresa que va a abriendo distintos centros donde saben que funcionará como un negocio”
“Estamos por hacer una propuesta, una inversión inteligente que va más allá de la simple venta de algunos departamentos. Nosotros asumimos la responsabilidad de que la propuesta sea seria y que esta gente del Hilton siga monitoreando con los pasos que damos en la construcción de las habitaciones, amoblamiento y decoración, como también de las medidas para la protección ambiental”, concluyó Rojas Decut.
