Persevera y triunfarás. Las negociaciones y gestiones de la Provincia fueron incalculables para que las economías regionales pudieran ser reconocidas en materia exportadora, importadora y financiera. En ese aspecto, se conoció este jueves que el Gobierno nacional confirmó la implementación de un nuevo tipo de cambio diferenciado para el campo y las economías regionales, en el marco de la puesta en marcha de un plan de estabilización cambiaria. Este tipo de cambio comenzaría a funcionar desde el mes de mayo y las expectativas en la tierra colorada son cada vez más altas.
La medida se implementará primero a las exportaciones de sojas y otros granos, luego llegará a las economías regionales. En el caso de Misiones se espera que abarque a los sectores yerbatero, tealero, tabacalero y la forestoindustria, pilares de la percepción de divisas. El lunes el Ministerio de Hacienda de la Nación dará detalles y fechas de implementación.
El dólar diferencial para las economías regionales es uno de los pedidos que llevó ante las autoridades nacionales el gobierno de Misiones con Oscar Herrera Ahuad y Adolfo Safrán a la cabeza.
La medida llega luego de arduas negociaciones entre Economía y el sector productivo respecto de qué mecanismo se podrían implementar para generar una mejora en la competitividad a la hora de exportar.
Los detalles del nuevo dólar agro se terminarán de acordar este fin de semana, según informaron fuentes oficiales. El programa contempla la puesta en marcha de un dólar diferenciado para los sojeros que se implementará por un plazo de 30 días. Luego será el turno de las economías regionales con un plazo de aplicación previsto de 90 días -durante mayo, junio y julio-, con posibilidades de extenderlo durante otros tres meses.
Los dos objetivos centrales de la medida, son por un lado, hacer más competitivas a las cadenas en el mercado internacional y el otro, apoyar con financiación la ampliación de las superficies sembradas, que se implementará a través del Fondo de Incremento Exportador.

Una provincia productora por excelencia como Misiones tuvo que lidiar durante décadas con las asimetrías que representa estar a la vera de otros países. Una de las medidas que podrá combatir estas diferencias: el dólar diferencial para las economías regionales.
Hace algunas semanas y luego del anuncio del gobierno Nacional sobre la dolarización diferencial para la industria vitivinícola, el gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad explicó que se trató de un guiño de cara a hacer efectiva una medida similar para la madera, el tabaco, el té y la yerba mate.
El mandatario misionero reconoció que mantienen vivas las conversaciones con los actores nacionales para este sector como lo son la secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, que integra la cartera nacional de Economía. También confirmó que mantendrá una reunión con el titular de la cartera productiva, Juan José Bahillo y para analizar el avance de esta solicitud que ya fue dialogada de manera previa con Sergio Massa.
“La idea es fijarlo para todas las provincias del país, no solamente están la madera, el té, el tabaco y la yerba en Misiones, sino que toda la argentina tiene economías regionales y tenemos altas expectativas de que eso se pueda implementar”, concluyó el Gobernador.
