Se viene la reapertura del circuito Garganta del Diablo
El equipo del concesionario Iguazú Argentina concluyó las obras de reparación y reconstrucción de las pasarelas hasta la Garganta del Diablo, en el corazón de las Cataratas del Iguazú. Este viernes por la tarde informarán sobre los resultados de la auditoría que el Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Industrial (Inti) lleva adelante y es inminente la habilitación al público que se daría en los próximos días, señalarón desde el Parque en diálogo con Canal 12.
Ahora se espera para las próximas horas, la finalización de la inspección que hacen los profesionales del Inti del circuito y dar la aprobación de los trabajos realizados.
Otro “finde” récord en Cataratas
El destino Iguazú volvió a registrar un esplendido fin de semana largo de carnaval superando los números del año pasado. Los emprendimientos gastronómicos trabajaron a pleno, algunos con lista de espera. Los atractivos turísticos trabajaron al limite de los cupos máximos e incluso se han registrado filas para ingresos en algunos de ellos. Según los datos brindados por el Iguazú Turismo Ente Municipal ITUREM, la ocupación hotelera alcanzó el 95 por ciento con varios emprendimientos colmados e ingresaron al Parque Nacional Iguazú 27.340 turistas durante el fin de semana largo.
El feriado de carnaval fue levemente más exitoso que el año 2.022, según los datos estadísticos durante el fin de semana XL que se dio entre el 26 de febrero al 1 de marzo visitaron las Cataratas del Iguazú maravilla natural 24.191 turistas y durante ese periodo la ocupación hotelera alcanzo un 92%.
En base a datos del Ministerio de Turismo de la Provincia, los arribos a la ciudad ascendieron a 25 mil, acompañados con más de 61 mil pernoctaciones que reflejan el importante movimiento económico representado en más de $700 millones de pesos.
Por su parte desde el Parque Nacional Iguazú indicaron que, pese a que contaban con un circuito menos, por la reparación de Garganta del diablo, no se registraron mayores inconvenientes o quejas. El protocolo de visitas multitudinarias volvió a funcionar tal como ocurría antes de la pandemia. Si bien las compras web de los tickets se incrementó aún no logran que el turista planifique su visita y recuerdan que a partir del mes de marzo solo se podrán adquirir los tickets por internet.
