#Rumbo2023: Sigue el «refresh» renovador, renunciaron 3 ministros
El gobernador de Misiones, Oscar Herrera Ahuad y el presidente de la Legislatura, Carlos Rovira tomaron la decisión de continuar con el recambio en el Gabinete provincial. Por tal motivo, presentaron sus renuncias Karina Aguirre, como ministra de Acción Cooperativa; Benilda Dammer, titular de Desarrollo Social y Graciela Leyes, de Derechos Humanos.
De acuerdo a lo trascendido en las últimas horas, legisladora mandato cumplido, Liliana Rodríguez tomaría las riendas de Acción Cooperativa y el actual concejal de Posadas, Fernando Meza juraría como ministro de Desarrollo Social, mientras que Karina Aguirre se convertiría en nueva titular de Derechos Humanos.
Esos no serían los únicos reemplazos, debido a que en el directorio del Instituto de Previsión Social también habría cambios y lo mismo pasaría en la Defensoría del Niño, Niña y Adolescente, cargo que ocupaba Miguel Molina.
Respecto al IPS, la ex candidata a diputada nacional por el Frente Renovador y actual subsecretaria de Planificación Pública, Carmen Méndez Ason sería la flamante vicepresidente de la entidad.
Cabe recordar que Ricardo Wellbach ya había asumido como jefe de Gabinete provincial, tras cumplir su mandato como diputado nacional, y reemplazando a Víctor Kreimer, que pasó a ocupar la titularidad del Ministerio de Ecología.
De concretarse estas modificaciones, los nuevos ministros tomarían juramento el próximo martes en un acto sencillo en la Rosadita misionera.
Acción Cooperativa
Una de las designaciones confirmadas a este Diario, es la ex diputada provincial Liliana Mabel Rodríguez (que finalizó su mandato el pasado 10 de diciembre) para suceder a Aguirre en Acción Cooperativa.
Rodríguez es la titular del partido Libertad, Valores y Cambio (LVC) y tiene antecedentes de gestión administrativa en el Ministerio del Agro y la Producción, cuando el eldoradense Alex Ziegler fue ministro. Renovadora, fue diputada en el frente que LVC y Cambiemos sellaron en 2017, y poco después volvió a la renovación.
Desarrollo Social
Otro ingreso es el del concejal posadeño Fernando Aníbal Meza como reemplazante de Dammer en Desarrollo Social. De larga militancia desde muy joven, el edil preside el bloque de la renovación. Llegó a ser presidente del Concejo posadeño y antes diputado provincial del oficialismo (entre el 10 de diciembre de 2011 al mismo día pero de 2015). Su función es de revisor de Cuentas Tribunal de Cuentas de la Provincia aunque se encuentra en uso de licencia por los cargos electivos mencionados.
Recientemente fue tercer candidato a diputado nacional de la renovación y se lo considera una persona de confianza de Carlos Rovira. La llegada de Meza a Desarrollo Social implicaría cambios en algunas subsecretarías. Para ello, le habrían encomendado un análisis del funcionamiento para hacer las propuestas del caso. “Hay que hacer un giro importante en la gestión”, habría sido el mensaje que le hicieron llegar a Meza al momento de proponerle su nuevo destino.
Derechos Humanos
Tras la polémica salida de su pareja, Miki Verón, de Asuntos Guaraníes después de 20 años de manejos cuestionables, Graciela “Chela” Leyes mantuvo una relación tensa con la conducción renovadora.
Así, se decidió que fuese reemplazada al frente del Ministerio de Derechos Humanos por la saliente ministra de Acción Cooperativa, Karina Alejandra Aguirre. Esta última pertenece al grupo militante del SACRA de la exsenadora nacional Élida Vigo. De hecho Vigo, al igual que Aguirre, fue titular de Acción Cooperativa de la provincia.
Cambio en el IPS
Después de más de una década en la función, desde la “Rosadita” le informaron al eldoradense Luis “Coco” Gómez que deja de ser vicepresidente del Instituto de Previsión Social. En su lugar asumirá la dirigente del PJ, Carmen “la Gallega” Méndez Asón que fue candidata a diputada nacional suplente por la alianza del peronismo y la renovación. Actualmente es subsecretaria de Planificación Pública de la provincia.
Perié en el Concejo
Con la salida de Meza, jurará la banca de concejal posadeño el contador Eugenio “Flori” Perié quien fue candidato del sublema “Sigamos haciendo juntos”. En cuanto a la presidencia del bloque renovador, el sucesor sería Facundo López Sartori aunque todavía no habría sido conversado con la conducción del partido ni con los ediles del sector.
