La calle Salta se suma a la red de ciclovías
Con la intención de incluir a los vehículos alternativos a la trama vial, la Municipalidad de Posadas comenzó con la delineación de ciclovías en calle Salta.
Este corredor es el primero que atraviesa el microcentro posadeño, cuya función es continuar la ciclovía proveniente de la avenida Tambor de Tacuarí y lo unirá hasta la avenida Roque Sáenz Peña.
El mismo cuenta con una medida de dos metros de ancho y 30 centímetros de separación física para permitir la doble circulación de estos rodados a tracción a sangre.
Asimismo, tendrá la separación con los vehículos de combustión interna, a través de bastones rebatibles y tachas. Además, se colocarán carteles indicadores con las distintas intersecciones para informar a los conductores sobre la existencia de estos carriles.
En este proyecto está planificada la demarcación del estacionamiento para autos y camionetas, debido a la presencia de comercios y distintas instituciones situadas a lo largo e inmediaciones Salta.
Una vez culminada esta acción, esta calle tendrá dos carriles para la circulación, dos lugares para el estacionamiento y la ciclovía en el lado izquierdo de la calzada.
El secretario de Movilidad Urbana, Lucas Jardín, explicó que “una de las acciones que desarrolló la actual gestión, fue la incorporación de esta nueva vía alternativa para los usuarios de bicicletas, quienes provienen desde distintos puntos de la ciudad en medios de transportes sustentables, cuya circulación aumentó de manera exponencial en los últimos años”.
