Puente San Javier-Porto Xavier se licitará en febrero
PORTAL DE ACCESO. Así se proyecta la cabecera del puente internacional entre San Javier y Porto Xavier.
Durante la última semana fue publicado en el Boletín Oficial del Gobierno de Brasil el anhelado llamado a licitación.
El último jueves fue confirmado el llamado a licitación para el inicio de los estudios formales que tienen como objetivo final la construcción del puente que unirá la localidad de San Javier, en Misiones, con Porto Xavier (Río Grande Do Sul, Brasil), tras la publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Gobierno brasileño.
Se trata de una espera que lleva más de 50 años por parte de ambas ciudades ubicadas en las márgenes del río Uruguay y que hasta el momento se vinculan a través del servicio de balsas, siendo uno de los puertos con mayor movimiento de la región.
El proceso licitatorio fue abierto de manera formal al publicar el gobierno presidido por Jair Bolsonaro, el aviso de la licitación “para la contratación integrada de la empresa que tendrá a su cargo la elaboración de los proyectos básicos y ejecutivos de ingeniería del puente internacional”, como marcan los requisitos administrativos y más allá de los anuncios realizados oportunamente por el propio presidente brasileño meses atrás.
Uno de los principales medios periodísticos de la región “gaúcha”, Jornal da Fronteira, también se hizo eco de la publicación y brindó algunos detalles de la misma, aludiendo que “la empresa que resulte ganadora de esta etapa licitatoria será responsable de las acciones necesarias del proyecto administrativo, como así también de evaluar todas obligaciones y condicionantes que pudieran existir en el proceso de licencia ambiental”.
Entre las tareas que deberá desarrollar la empresa adjudicataria además están las referidas a los servicios, expropiación de las áreas que sean alcanzadas por la traza, el reasentamiento de las familias, en los casos que sean necesarios y todo lo referido a la obra propiamente dicha.
Las propuestas de las empresas interesadas, a partir del llamado, ya pueden ser entregadas, aunque la apertura de los sobres será el 2 de febrero próximo.
