La actividad es organizada por la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y la Agencia Posadas Turismo, ambas dependientes de la Municipalidad de Posadas en conjunto con el Clúster Mboyeré, la Cooperativa de Cerveza, Cerveceros de Misiones y Beerling.
El evento es de carácter libre y gratuito.
