Sin embargo, cuando ellos mismos o su equipo de cocineros deben preparar algún plato para sus clientes en los restaurantes y bares de los que son dueños, suele suceder que las personas se van de esos locales gastronómicos muy decepcionadas y enojadas por el mal momento culinario que pasaron.
El cliente afectado, que defenestró el restaurant de estos dos chefs famosos, se llama Ricardo Salas. En la reseña de Google Maps dejó una calificación muy por el piso, en relación con la evidente categoría gastronómica del lugar: calificó al lugar con una estrella.
Asimimo, en la crítica o comentario de abajo, el usuario dio «rienda suelta» a su ira y se quejó vehementemente de la paupérrima experiencia que tuvo en ese sitio en donde, presuntamente, se debería comer de manera excelente y pasar un momento más que agradable.
“Un fiasco. Carta de vinos carísima y sin opciones intermedias. Pedí malfattis y me dieron un plato de ñoquis», comenzó el enojado usuario en su reseña de Google. Con respecto al plato que había ordenado, el cliente explicó que «Malfatti, en italiano quiere decir «mal hechos», justamente por sus «formas irregulares» y especificó que el tamaño de cada uno debe ser el de «una pequeña albóndiga».
No obstante, el hombre se quejó de que los supuestos malfattis «eran del tamaño de un ñoqui y todos parejitos», razón por la cual el cliente estalló de furia y calificó a los dos hermanos de «delincuentes gastronómicos».
«En la tele exigís mucho y en tu boliche estafás mucho. ¡Ah, me olvidaba! El agua es de la canilla y te la cobran $180. ¡Caraduras!», espetó el enfurecido usuario de Google que dejó está categórica reseña, que fue realizada hace dos meses, sobre la reconocida parrilla ubicada enfrente del Jockey Club de Martínez.

Otra usuaria llamada Victoria Manfre criticó que, si bien «el lugar agradable» y tiene «buena decoración», la «carta no existe y tiene plato simples, sin ninguna elaboración, con muy pocas opciones». «Las opciones de carne venían sin acompañantes. Había una sola opción de pastas. Camareros que no sabían la carta, tampoco sabían qué recomendarte», se quejó.
Además, la mujer describió de forma fulminante que «la comida es muy simple» y que se parece a «tirar una pechuga de pollo en el horno en tu casa».
En relación con el comentario de cómo servían el agua en el restaurante, otro usuario contó que la bebida llegaba a la mesa «en envases recargables», por lo que pensó que era sin cargo, ya que no se aclaraba en la carta que el agua no venía embotellada. «El mozo nos dijo que era ‘agua local filtrada´, pero la cobran como agua comercial, se podrían diferenciar cobrando un precio simbólico o dándola gratis como en el exterior», consideró.
