Pequeñas cooperativas y secaderos celebran que gracias al molino de Andresito podrán crear su marca propia
El polo yerbatero más grande del país ya cuenta con galpones y estacionamientos de la yerba canchada. Productores respaldaron el histórico laudo gestionado por el Gobierno y el Inym. La provincia asiste al sector con créditos a tasa subsidiada para capital de trabajo y compra de activos.
Trabajar en el presente y pensar en un futuro con igualdad de oportunidades. Fue esa la premisa que llevaron adelante un conjunto de cooperativas yerbateras y el gobierno de Misiones para la construcción del molino más grande del país, ubicado en Comandante Andresito. En él, cientos de productores podrán procesar y empaquetar sus propias marcas. Esto favorecerá ampliamente la competencia en el mercado.
Los secaderos que lleven su canchada, pagarán el servicio y recibirán el paquete para comercializarlo. “Es la primera etapa del molino y abarca la puesta en funcionamiento de los galpones y los estacionamientos de la yerba canchada”, explicó a Canal 12 el presidente del Instituto Nacional de la Yerba Mate (INYM) Juan José Szychowski.
También destacó que esta iniciativa surgió de un grupo de cooperativas que se juntaron para proyectar la construcción del molino, un anhelo que se volvió realidad “gracias al apoyo y financiamiento del Gobierno”.
En esta línea, el presidente del Molino Cooperativa Colonias Unidas, César Alcántara, vislumbró que el establecimiento “va a facilitar a todas las cooperativas, los secaderos, los privados, los socios y los no socios, que puedan transformar su yerba verde en canchada y venderlo al molino”. Además, explicó que aquellos que no quieran vender su producción al molino “se les va a proveer el servicio de la fasón para que puedan traer su yerba, estacionar, moler y así salir al mercado”.

En aquella última negociación, fijaron a $107 para el kilo de hoja verde y $406,60 el kilo de canchada. En septiembre, llegará hasta los $120 y $456, respectivamente.

A pesar de que los productores manifestaron su satisfacción por el histórico laudo, en las últimas horas del lunes hicieron saber que hay industrias que no acatan la medida establecida por las autoridades competentes.
En este sentido, el propio Herrera Ahuad, aclaró que el Gobierno comenzó a intervenir. Algunas empresas y cooperativas comenzaron a pagar 50% en efectivo y el restante a 30 o 60 días. Además, anticipó a los productores reunidos en San Pedro que la Provincia continúa analizando herramientas que aseguren los ingresos, como ha sido siempre la política pública llevada adelante. Los yerbateros consideraron como “muy positiva” la reunión mantenida con el mandatario.
