Obera INSOLITO: Echaron al jefe de Agua Potable por compras a su propia empresa de materiales que no llegaron a CELO
En plena crisis hídrica que atraviesa la provincia, se detecto que el ahora ex jefe sector de Agua Potable de la CELO: Raúl Anibal De Mora realizaba compras de materiales que nunca ingresaron a la cooperativa. Las mismas fueron realizadas a su propia empresa constructora.
De Moura quien además es un sub delegado del gremio FATLyF fue despedido del cargo este viernes 11 de febrero
La notificación del apoderado de la cooperativa expresa que «se ha dispuesto extinguir la relación laboral con causa que unía a las partes. La decisión ha sido tomada por el Consejo de Administración luego de evaluar y tener por acreditado hechos llevados adelante por usted y que perjudican patrimonialmente a la cooperativa en ocasión de llevar adelante sus tareas habituales como jefe de la planta de agua potable».
Y agrega que se detectaron irregularidades en compras de materiales que no ingresaron a la cooperativa. Señala además que los mismos recién fueron ingresados pero parcialmente y luego de que se iniciara la investigación a De Mora.
La notificación de despido detalla que De Mora había retirado materiales a nombre de la CELO de un comercio local, pero no los ingresó a la cooperativa. Dichos materiales ni siquiera habían sido requeridos por el sector de agua potable de la CELO, pero además menciona que favoreció a una empresa de la que es dueño con excesivos servicios que no fueron prestados a la cooperativa como carga de tierras en cantidades no recibidas.
Por último menciona que «por la pérdida de confianza» ya que compró materiales a nombre de la cooperativa «para uso particular suyo», la entidad procede a su despido advirtiendo posibles acciones penales, y quedando a disposición sus haberes proporcionales y documentaciones.
La información fue confirmada por el vicepresidente de la institución, Jorge Duarte quien adelantó acciones penales contra De Mora.
