LA BANDERA DE MISIONES
Creada por José Gervasio Artigas, y conformada por los colores rojo, azul y blanco, la Bandera de la provincia de Misiones fue instaurada como tal el 13 de febrero de 1992 mediante el decreto provincial N° 326 que se detalla a continuación.
DECRETO Nº 326
12 de FEBRERO DE 1992
ARTICULO 1º:- TÉNGASE por Bandera Oficial de la Provincia de Misiones, al Pabellón Azul, Rojo y Blanco. El orden de los colores mencionados será, respetando la tradición y uso que ya se hace emblema. El Rojo en la parte superior, el Azul en el medio y el Blanco en la banda inferior. La ubicación será transversal.-
ARTICULO 2º:-LA Bandera de Misiones, será obligatoriamente izada en los establecimientos oficiales dependientes del Gobierno de la Provincia y estará colocada siempre a la izquierda de la Bandera Argentina.-
ARTICULO 3º:-SU uso será obligatorio en todo acto oficial, acompañado siempre de la Bandera Nacional, y todos los vehículos oficiales, propiedad de a Provincia de Misiones, llevarán, arriba del Escudo de la Provincia, los colores de nuestro emblema Regional.-
ARTICULO 4º:-TAMBIÉN será obligatorio su uso en todos los establecimientos, y de la misma manera que el alumno de más alto promedio tiene el honor de llevar la Bandera Argentina, el alumno que sea nominado por sus condiscípulos como el MEJOR COMPAÑERO será honrado como PORTADOR de la Histórica Bandera de Misiones, por el mandato y vigencia del sentido de solidaridad que simboliza.-
ARTICULO 5º:-REFRENDARAN el presente Decreto los Sres. Ministros de Gobierno y de Cultura y Educación .-
ARTICULO 6º:-REGÍSTRESE, comuníquese, y dése a publicidad. Tomen conocimiento los Ministerios y Secretarías de Estados. Entes autárquicos y Descentralizados, Autoridades del Poder Legislativo y del Poder Judicial.
