El ex mandatario de Tucumán y actual jefe de Gabinete de la Nación, llegó pasadas las 9 de este a la provincia como parte de una visita oficial. Fue recibido por el gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad, con quien lleva adelante diversas actividades. También acompañan al funcionario nacional el ministro de Transporte, Alexis Guerrera y el presidente de Trenes Argentinos, Martín Marinucci.
Una de las primeras actividades que realizan es el recorrido del Puerto de la capital provincial, donde también participa el presidente del Parque Industrial y de la Innovación de Posadas, Christian Piatti.
