Desde aquella fatídica madrugada del 18 de enero del 2020 que la vida de Graciela y Silvino, los padres de Fernando Báez Sosa, cambió para siempre y se tiñó de una profunda tristeza por la feroz golpiza que su hijo recibió a manos de los ocho rugbiers y terminó con la vida de un jóven repleto de ilusiones.
Hoy, a un poco más de tres meses de haberse conocido la sentencia contra los asesinos, Graciela Sosa dialogó en exclusiva con La 100 y se refirió al pedido que hicieron los padres de los asesinos: ser trasladados a una cárcel de Campana para que estén más cerca de Zárate, su lugar de orígen.
Luego de la sentencia, los jóvenes fueron enviados a la Unidad Penal Melchor Romero pero desde hace un tiempo que Hugo Tomei (el abogado defensor de los culpables) solicitó que sean removidos.
En relación a eso, la mamá de Fernando Báez Sosa hizo un fuerte y desgarrador relato en el que detalló cómo atraviesa, junto a su marido, esta situación: «Nosotros como padres opinamos que son presos con muchos privilegios. Están separados del resto de los presos, tienen otros cuidados que el resto», inició.
«No dejan de ser asesinos que mataron sin piedad a mi hijo. No deberían seguir teniendo privilegios; como pretender ser trasladados más cerca de sus casas para mayor comodidad de sus padres. Deseo justicia justa y que paguen como cualquier preso común», continuó Graciela Sosa.
Además en el testimonio brindado a La 100, la mujer agregó: «No lamento la situación de esos padres porque es terriblemente lamentable la vida que nosotros llevamos. Nosotros no podemos ver ni abrazar a nuestro hijo; no gozamos de ningún privilegio», sostuvo.
«Ellos tienen el privilegio de seguir viéndolos a sus hijos. Quiero justicia para mi hijo, y la justicia es que cumplan sus condenas como le corresponde a cualquier preso común», expresó en relación al cumplimiento estricto de las sentencias que la justicia le impuso a los ocho rugbiers.
Por último, Graciela Sosa aseveró un contundente pedido de justicia: «No más privilegios ni prioridades para los asesinos hijos de mi hijo Fernando, que ya no tiene voz porque lo callaron para siempre», concluyó./El Tribuno
