La compactadora de vehículos hará su trabajo por toda la provincia
Irá por diversas localidades. Toma un vehículo y en pocos minutos lo devuelve hecho un paquete de 90 por 60 centímetros. Se trata de una máquina de origen nacional que se utiliza para reciclar los vehículos de Policía, Salud Pública y la Justicia que quedaron inutilizados. Así, todo vuelve en forma de chapas, clavos y postes.

El sampi hinca con esos dos dientes largos el auto que prestara servicios en la Policía y lo atraviesa de lado a lado a la altura de lo que fueran sus vidrios. Lo alza y lo lleva a la compactadora. Allí está ella: arriba de un acoplado y bien afirmada al piso. Abre su boca trabaja con un sistema hidráulico de 270 toneladas de empuje que transforma los vehículos en cubos de 90 x 60 centímetros. Sí, ahí van entrando los restos de alguno de esos vehículos, la grúa lentamente maniobra hasta que la máquina de mandíbulas poderosas abre su boca y en pocos instantes, hace la digestión y sale un montón de metales transformado en un cubo.
“Es una prensa digital, inalámbrica. Cualquier falla se la corrige a través de internet”, aclaró Daniel Pona, dueño del lugar.
Un sistema hidráulico de 270 toneladas de empuje que transforma los vehículos en cubos de 90 x 60 centímetros.
Luego de concluir el proceso, los vehículos se convierten en acero. De esta forma, el material se reutiliza. “Trabajamos hace un año. Somos una empresa con capitales misioneras y estos que realizamos son de gran impacto en el cuidado ambiental”, señaló Pona.
Esta máquina puede generar hasta 160 cubos por día. Los mismos son cargados en un camión con destino a una empresa en Tucumán, donde la chapa es derretida en hornos, y el material es reutilizado para la fabricación de elementos de construcción como chapas de zinc, clavos y postes de energía, entre otros elementos de gran utilidad. Con el objetivo de preservar el ambiente y reducir riesgos para la salud, el Ministerio de Gobierno de Misiones acordó con la empresa Mafaci SRL, la compactación de vehículos en desuso o avanzado estado de deterioro. A través de este convenio se llevará adelante la remoción, descontaminación, compactación y disposición final de los vehículos y autopartes depositados en los predios que posee la fuerza provincial.
Se trata de automotores y vehículos que pertenecieran a la Policía, a Salud Pública y al Poder Judicial, los cuales se hallan depositados en diversas dependencias de Posadas y del resto de la provincia.
Así, en pocas semanas, prevén en el ministerio de Gobierno, la compactadora estará haciendo su tarea en otros lugares, aparte de Posadas.
El convenio rubricado en septiembre del 2022 entre el Ministerio de Gobierno y la empresa vinculó a Mafaci como proveedor de este servicio.
Mafaci SRL inició su etapa de ejecución en el predio de la Dirección de Logística de la Policía provincial y tiene como principal objetivo el cuidado y preservación del ambiente, evitar la contaminación y que estos vehículos se conviertan en reservorios de diferentes vectores que pongan en riesgo la salud de la población.
Luego de haberse realizado la instalación de la prensa compactadora de vehículos, los obreros de la empresa autorizada por la Pronacom (Programa Nacional de Descontaminación, Compactación y Disposición Final de Automotores), pusieron en marcha el desguace de los rodados, clasificando los materiales en hierros pesados y cubos de chapas prensadas reutilizables.
Los vehículos a compactar se encuentran depositados en los talleres del área de logística en el barrio Aeroclub de Posadas, y en su mayoría pertenecen a la Policía de Misiones, unidades de emergencias del área de Salud Pública y unos 300 automóviles que están bajo la órbita del Poder Judicial.
Así, vale destacar que las unidades móviles en desuso del interior de la provincia, también serán compactadas por la misma empresa en las siguientes etapas que ya están coordinadas para las próximas semanas.
El secretario de Política Criminal, Rodolfo Seredynski, explicó a Canal 12 que, desde el Ministerio de Gobierno, buscan continuar con los procesos ya realizados. “Vamos a ocuparnos de una problemática muy importante que es la disposición final de vehículos, automóviles o bicicletas que pasan a ser desechos. La idea es avanzar en la provincia”, señaló.
El proceso de reciclado consta de dos etapas. En un primer momento se avanzará con la limpieza de espacios de la policía y salud pública. En tanto, la segunda etapa buscará compactar más de 300 vehículos en la región.

La firma de convenio entre el Ministerio de Gobierno y la empresa Mafici S.R.L forma parte del proyecto de economía circular. Desde la provincia aseguraron que el objetivo es reciclar la mayor cantidad de vehículos posibles en el territorio.
En septiembre de 2022, en el marco del PRONACOM, el ministro de Gobierno, Marcelo Pérez, firmó un convenio con el titular de la firma Mafaci SRL, Carlos Pona, para llevar adelante la remoción, descontaminación, compactación y disposición final de los vehículos y autopartes depositados en los predios que posee la fuerza provincial.
“Desde nuestro lugar estamos aportando en una Provincia en la cual la política ambiental está a tope de la agenda”, resaltó el ministro de Gobierno, Marcelo Pérez.
Participaron en aquella ocasión de la firma, el subsecretario de Seguridad y Justicia, Ariel Marinoni; los integrantes de la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos del Ministerio de Gobierno, Pedro Duarte y Nicole Gauvry, y el responsable de la división Compactaciones de Mafaci SRL, Cristian Márquez.
