Jose G. Ramon se enfoca en los problemas de salud, infraestructura y empleo en su campaña para la intendencia de San Antonio
El docente y comunicador José Godofrido Ramón, busca por segunda vez, -siempre en la misma línea, desde el 2003, orgullosamente Renovador- acceder a la intendencia de San Antonio. Su propuesta es optimizar la gestión para resolver los problemas estructurales de salud, infraestructura y empleo en la comuna. Afirmó que la zona vive un excelente momento de desarrollo que no es aprovechado.
El joven candidato a intendente por el sublema “Causa Popular”, José Godofrido Ramón explicó que su municipio “presenta una recurrencia de problemas históricos de falta de infraestructura, planificación urbana, desarrollo y definiciones sociales para que los profesionales se asienten en la localidad y lograr el crecimiento”. Indicó que junto a un gran equipo buscan aportar esas nuevas herramientas de gestión para garantizar el desarrollo de todo el municipio.
“Hoy vemos que tenemos los mismos problemas que escuchaba cuando era chico, faltan recursos humanos en el hospital, el sector agrícola se queja de los problemas en los caminos de tierra”, explicó José, quien nació hace 41 años en Picada Campo Alegre, zona fundada por sus padres junto a otros pioneros. “Queremos llevarle soluciones a la gente en base a la gestión”, afirmó.
Dio como ejemplos a las comunidades vecinas de Comandante Andresito y Bernardo de Irigoyen, “ambas localidades van creciendo y nuestra gente termina yendo a esos municipios para hacer los trámites o lograr la atención médica básica. Eso no es posible de sostener. La provincia impulsa obras y desarrollo para todos los misioneros, solo tenemos que optimizar la gestión comunal para que esas respuestas lleguen a San Antonio”, afirmó.
Para él, esta deficiencia en la infraestructura se soluciona con compromiso y gestión comunal, “por ejemplo tenemos un nuevo hospital que fue construido por la gestión provincial, pero tenemos solo dos médicos y no tenemos especialistas. Falta una gestión que logre que los profesionales se queden en la comuna y así garantizar una atención permanente de los vecinos”. Nos faltan profesionales médicos y especialistas que vivan en el pueblo, no que vengan dos o tres veces a la semana”.
Una de sus propuestas para esto es “becar a los jóvenes estudiantes, para que elijan formase como médicos en diversas especialidades y poder volver a su pueblo a desempeñarse profesionalmente. Necesitamos propiciar desde el municipio las condiciones para que los profesionales médicos se asienten en San Antonio”, remarcó el candidato.
“Estoy pensando en hacer mi campaña política en Andresito, porque ahí me voy a encontrar con todos mis vecinos de San Antonio, que deben ir hasta allá para hacer todos sus trámites y gestiones. ¿Por qué los recursos llegan a Andresito y a Irigoyen y no llegan a nuestro municipio?, es una clara falta de gestión. Es como decía el ingeniero Rovira en la inauguración del Silicon Misiones, debemos actualizarnos, capacitarnos y aprovechar los recursos que envía la provincia”, afirmó.
Todas las ofertas educativas que hay en la provincia, en miras a la innovación como por ejemplo la Programación, la robótica, y lo que propone el Silicon, aún no se han hecho eco en mi pueblo. Y al paso que vamos no se van a hacer nunca. Todos van a estar actualizados y nosotros vamos a seguir en la Edad de Piedra. Vamos a destiempo.
Explicó que “nosotros tenemos que aprovechar todas las oportunidades, por ejemplo, hace poco se habilitó el paso fronterizo con Brasil en San Antonio, de 7 de la mañana a 19 horas. Debemos gestionar para que sean las 24 horas y aprovechar el boom de los brasileños comprando y haciendo turismo en nuestra provincia. Podemos generar un polo gastronómico para poder aprovechar la frontera y que vengan los turistas brasileños a dejar sus reales acá”.
Tenemos que propiciar la capacitación del recurso humano para aprovechar esa infraestructura”, planteó.
En cuanto a la producción agrícola, explicó que en San Antonio se produce, yerba mate, tabaco, soja, maíz y ganadería. Estos productores demandan desde siempre por el mejoramiento y mantenimiento de los caminos rurales. “Los caminos siguen de mal en peor, tenemos que dar una solución a ese problema, tenemos enfrente a un ejemplo claro que es Brasil, podemos ver como ellos preparan sus caminos y podemos hacer lo mismo. No podemos ver que un productor que se desloma para producir después no pueda venderlo o sacarlo por los problemas en los caminos “.
Indicó que “todo lo que se produce en la zona de frontera como es San Antonio y no se puede vender en nuestro país, termina vendiéndose de forma ilegal el otro lado de la frontera. No podemos permitir eso, pero tampoco podemos exigirle al productor que no lo haga si no le damos las mejores condiciones para venderlo aquí”, reconoció.
Por ello una de sus propuestas, además de optimizar el parque vial y mejorar los caminos municipales, es lograr la construcción de un Mercado Concentrador Zonal, para que los productores de alimentos de San Antonio puedan colocar su producción al mejor precio y en las mejores condiciones. Como también sería ideal, la construcción de un Parque Tecnológico e Industrial. Yo sueño en grande. Hay muchos lugares óptimos para comenzar a desarrollar cosas nuevas en mi pueblo.
“Tenemos que dar un salto cualitativo y cuantitativo en la gestión como en la producción. Hoy contamos con varios técnicos agropecuarios que fueron formados en San Antonio y podemos usar sus conocimientos y capacidades para poder desarrollar planes y llevar adelante capacitaciones, a los productores para mejorar las condiciones de producción y comercialización”, adelantó el candidato.
“Debemos reconciliar a la política con las familias de San Antonio, falta hacer un nuevo contrato social, porque los vecinos están descreídos del rol de los políticos”, afirmó.
Otra de las propuestas es dar incentivos para potenciar el empleo joven. “Hoy vemos muchos jóvenes de San Antonio que se van a trabajar en Brasil. Si bien contamos con una oficina de empleo, no logramos conectar con las demandas de los jóvenes y debemos rever esas situaciones”. Además, los jóvenes que van a trabajar a Brasil tienen un problema que allá ingresan antes su horario laboral y deben cruzar de forma ilegal, porque el paso fronterizo abre recién a las 7 de la mañana. Esto también debe ser resuelto por la gestión comunal, indicó el candidato.
–Soy uno de los pocos, si no soy el único, que incluye propuestas para jóvenes y niños. Tenemos que escuchar a los jóvenes. Quiero crear consejos de jóvenes. Tienen otra visión y muchas ganas. Lo sé porque trabajo con ellos de cerca. Desde siempre. Tengo en mi lista un gran equipo que propone el deporte para alejar a los jóvenes de la droga, pero no como una frase trillada y que se queda en los discursos, sino con acciones reales.
-Otro tema que exige una solución urgente antes que se expanda y no se pueda controlar, es el de la inseguridad. De cada 10 familias, 8 sufrieron robos, dentro del casco urbano. Falta alumbrado público y trabajo en conjunto para crear Foros de seguridad.
Sobre los adultos mayores, indicó que “no tenemos farmacia del Pami en San Antonio y vemos con tristeza a los abuelos todo el día esperando en el polideportivo municipal que les den las recetas para que vayan a Eldorado a buscar sus remedios. A mí me preocupa envejecer así en San Antonio. Eso también se soluciona con gestión”.
“Por todo esto pido a los vecinos que me acompañen y en cuatro años vamos a demostrarles que con una adecuada gestión podemos hacer mucho por nuestro hermoso municipio, que hoy está tan olvidado”, dijo concluyente José Godofrido Ramón.
