IPRODHA abre convocatorias para acceder a soluciones habitacionales
Comienzan las convocatorias para participar de 1264 soluciones habitacionales que construye el Instituto Provincial de Desarrollo Habitacional (IPRODHA) en la provincia (321 para el interior y 943 en Posadas).
En la oportunidad se dispone de nuevas tipologías y propuestas habitacionales con mejoras en la accesibilidad.
Prototipo Lote con Servicio más Núcleo Básico 2020
Se trata de una convocatoria que abre el Instituto para la adjudicación de un lote con servicios, más un módulo básico de cocina, comedor y baño de material mampostería.
Comparativamente con los lotes tradicionales, en el que se abona un anticipo del 30% del valor del mismo, no cuenta con ningún subsidio y la financiación es de 96 cuotas; el adjudicado con un lote con servicio más núcleo básico no paga el anticipo del 30%. El núcleo básico está subsidiado por el Instituto y tiene una financiación de 360 cuotas, por lo que esta nueva propuesta otorga mayores facilidades de pago y menor valor en la cuota mensual.
El núcleo básico, que es de mampostería tiene la posibilidad de evolucionar, dado que cuenta con una galería techada de dos metros de largo, como para que el beneficiario -rápidamente-pueda hacer el cerramiento y dormitorios.
En el caso de lotes con servicios con núcleos básicos, la apertura de convocatorias será en las localidades de Oberá, Apóstoles, Candelaria, Puerto Libertad, Wanda, Andresito y Posadas.
Requisitos obligatorios
> Estar inscriptos y/o haber actualizado su ficha de inscripción hasta el 28 de febrero del 2022.
> Dar conformidad a la convocatorio, confirmar domicilio REAL en el que habita (RECUERDE que es motivo de baja)
- Ser argentino y/o naturalizado.
- Titular menor de 60 años.
- Residencia mínima de 1 año en la Provincia Misiones.
- Antigüedad laboral mínima de 6 meses.
- Presentar grupo familiar con al menos un menor de edad a cargo.
- Tener un ingreso igual o superior a un Salario Mínimo Vital y Móvil.
- Acreditar garante y los datos del mismo deben completarse al momento de la inscripción.
- Tipología Viviendas Misioneras 2021 Casa Propia
Son viviendas de una calidad superior, tienen 2 (dos) dormitorios, cocina comedor y baño. El recubrimiento interior tiene un acabado de capa de yeso con pintura, entre ambas capas (interior y exterior) posee una cámara de aire con telgopor (poliuretano expandido) lo que permite una aislación térmico acústica en la vivienda. Cuenta con red de gas, a lo que se le suma un termo tanque dual (solar y eléctrico) con una capacidad de 120 litros aproximadamente. Los muros exteriores poseen un recubrimiento con azotado impermeable con revoque y pintura térmica en las paredes. Este modelo de vivienda es uno de los de mayor presupuesto de inversión, por lo que tendrá una cuota superior a las demás tipologías que dispone el Instituto. Están ubicadas en el Barrio Itaembé Guazú de la ciudad de Posadas.
Viviendas de Mampostería Misioneras 2021
Para este prototipo ya vigente, el Instituto ha modificado dos de los requisitos más importantes: el primero, era condición presentar el grupo familiar con un menor a cargo. Ahora se abre la oportunidad a los casados sin hijos o sin hijos menores de edad (matrimonios con hijos mayores de edad o matrimonios sin hijos), de poder participar de la convocatoria. El otro requisito que se modifica es que uno de los integrantes titular o cotitular tiene que tener un ingreso igual o superior a 2 ½ salarios mínimo vital y móvil, antes era la sumatoria de los ingresos familiares, en este caso -para las Misioneras 2021- no cuenta la sumatoria de los ingresos familiares, sino que uno de ambos tiene que percibir 2.5 del salario mínimo, vital y móvil, así también el garante que acrediten debe tener la misma condición salarial y disponer los datos del mismo al momento de la inscripción.
Requisitos obligatorios:

> Dar conformidad a la convocatoria, confirmar domicilio REAL en el que habita (RECUERDE que es motivo de baja si el domicilio es incorrecto).
- Ser argentino y/o naturalizado.
- Titular menor de 60 años.
- Residencia mínima de 1 año en la Provincia de Misiones.
- Antigüedad laboral mínima de 6 meses.
- Presentar grupo familiar (matrimonios sin hijos o con hijos mayores de edad).
- Tener el titular o el cotitular un ingreso igual o superior a 2 ½ SMVM (salario mínimo vital y móvil), no cuenta la sumatoria de ingresos familiares.
- Acreditar garante con un ingreso igual o superior a 2 ½ SMVM y los datos del mismo deben completarse al momento de la inscripción.
Oportunidades
Respecto a estas nuevas posibilidades de soluciones habitacionales para los misioneros, la gerente Social del IPRODHA, Lic. María Silvia Joulia, expresó que “de más está decir que en el Instituto estamos muy contentos de poder este año llegar a los municipios del interior. Estamos arrancando con estos municipios, pero para el segundo semestre tendremos otros que también están en camino como Eldorado, Montecarlo, Jardín América, Puerto Esperanza, Leandro N. Alem, San Vicente, San Javier, Aristóbulo del Valle, como también para el segundo semestre contaremos con más viviendas en Posadas”, anticipó.
Agregó que “estamos entusiasmados de poder llegar al interior con esta propuesta de lotes con servicios y núcleos básicos, esto va a permitir a las familias poder iniciar su casa y tener una base y así empezar a construir su hogar. La importancia de tener un terreno regularizado con acceso a servicios y ya tener un núcleo para empezar, es un concepto nuevo que trae el Instituto, donde prioriza la importancia de la tierra sin dar por sentado que viene de por sí, revaloriza el valor del lote y entendiendo que es una ayuda para todas aquellas familias que tengan ganas de progresar y hacer crecer su casa”, puntualizó Joulia.
